I had a $2 coupon and I was not allowed to use it. Much too expensive and took way too long to get the food.The food tastes delicious!But I waited that long for the meat to be wadded in the center and the mozzarella was melted off the side of the sandwich and not on the wad of meat at all.Disappointed in this Panera Bread Location! ????
There is an older gentleman that works as a cashier and he has no regard for personal space. I was trying to make my drinks and he kept reaching at my legs to get in the storage door under the drink area as if I wasn’t standing there. Could have said excuse me, could I get in there? I was within 5 inches of he and another employee so I turned around and said yall are kind of surrounding me and I’m uncomfortable. He got closer to me and had the nerve to say sarcastically “oh are you feeling a little bit of anxiety” so I told him no, but I’d like for you to move away from me a little bit please and thank you” This behavior is borderline harassment, and is going to drive customers away.
Everytime I come here my order is wrong. They forgot to put Avocado and egg on my salad again. I called and cannot get a hold of anyone. At this point I deserve a free item , it's ridiculous .
We had a ladies lunch today. Loved the atmosphere and very friendly.
Was absolutely delicious. First time we have ever had it. My kids loved everything!!! We will definitely be back!
Tried to use a coupon for a free kid's meal with any purchase. The 2 people at the register didn't seem to know how the coupon worked, even after I explained it to them several times. They didn't process the coupon correctly so I ended up not getting the deal. After all that, it was a good thing I checked my bag as we were walking to the car because they left out one of my items so I had to walk back in and wait in line to get the missing item. The other time before this, I was trying to redeem a birthday reward, and the app wasn't working properly. Oftentimes, a lot of items aren't available. Service at this location has steadily declined over the years, and tables feel gross and dirty. Strong possibility of not patronizing this terrible location again.
Typical Panera. No complaints. Service was nice. Staff was cordial and very nice. The location is awesome. Right in the middle of a long i95 drive!
I always have great service at this location. They have some of the best coffee. I would rather go here than Starbucks
Panera in Colonial Heights, VA next to the Starbucks.It's worse than average the Yakuza had to turn the red leather chair to the table. The twin chairs with the back to the entrance and exit.Personally was in the Bathroom just the sign room. I had enough space to put a toddler on a coat shelf with a hanger attached.I had to manually push in both stall doors to stay closed.The floor was flooded from under the wall with the wet floor sign kind of just in the middle of the swung wide open bathroom doors.An employee came in as I was doing my hair in the private public bathroom and asked if the small flat iron on the shelf to the right of the sink was mine after she loudly came in while I was in the stall.Saw both stall doors closed and somehow assumed it was empty because I had her stall door shut...I came out after her and she loudly asked if the currently plugged in flat iron was mine.I said no.She said I'm going to take it (sic).I said that's mine. She loudly proclaimed it was just so unusual to see a flat iron they don't do that so she was planning to take it and she'd love to do her hair too; she claimed herself as management and never expressly told me where she was planning to take my flat iron.She said she was so cool with it it was not a problem it was enjoyable in fact, and left but screamed Jesus as she was allowing the door to swing shut behind her.I had to ask her staff to clean a table after a man with an Indian accent asked someone to sit as her 8 seat table booth because the chairs the two separate tables were touching each other.I had to help a team member clean another booth table that had remained dirty for nearly an hour.I had to inquire about how I'd receive my order, was it going to be brought out having seen the "Red Lobster" style order alarms and was told someone would just audibly call my chosen name.I noticed an order board later I still don't know what for if pick up orders are delivery only and people were sitting on a solo two person style bench for orders.The plugs are going bad from over use and the bottom plugs are likely to catch fire one of my many tables due to lack of comfort had a chunk of dried lint so a fire hazard may be on the way.Plus the bathroom leak at no point seemed to be coming from the drain grate in the floor it was all pooled beneath the paper towel holder.I offered a staff member a personal tip due to the extremely poor service and seeming staff shortage willingly.She said thank you and put it in the tip jar.It was a horrible experience I made sure just to show courteousness to collect large chunks of white paper due to the large amount of customers today.Large families at 4 seater tables with just 3 etc.It was poor.I do love the concept good job @Panera.
Food was good. Panera Wifi was really slow. Restaurant was chilly. There was a lot of trash on the ground outdoors.
