My friends and I came here on a Sunday for a quick decent lunch. Our server started out strong, she was very polite and was eager to answer any questions we had. We put in our food and Drink orders and it all come out in a timely manner. All the order were correct and the food was ok. Unfortunately this is where our good service ended. It was a struggle to get more drink or the server attention period. She came back and told us to pay on the kiosk on the table. The kiosk glitched and it took her 20 minutes to show back up after that. She restarted the order on the kiosk and handed the kiosk back to us. We were paying only to find one of my friend got WAY over charged for her wine. We waved the server down again after 10 minutes of trying. She said, "well that's what I brought you", but it wasn't what my friend ordered. The server pretty much told us that's tough and she couldn't do anything about it. We will not be going back to this location and the fiasco at the end I feel is unacceptable.
Finally ate at olive garden after 5 years, and boy was I not disappointed. The food was super good even my grumpy toddler loved her pasta. The waitress was so sweet to us and the manager, while I think she was the manager. She came to ask us about our food and our opinions on how they could make it better. My family we definitely be going back for more. Thank you.
We had the best experience ever at Olive Garden this evening thanks to our waitress Taylor. She was the most attentive server we have ever had. She was quick to help us and had the best customer service we’ve had at this location. We will come back to this Olive Garden for her service!
This olive garden was great. Service was definitely over whellmed when we got there but the server was still on top of her game. Food was great and came out in a timely manner. Our little kiosk on the table was having some technical difficulty but our server was on top of her game so I didn't matter. All in all super great experience and food.
A really quick but great experience! Olive Garden on a Saturday night… we have all been there… waiting for a table. Well, have you ever considered the bar? I have and mostly, the wait is even longer there because the bar tender is usually overworked. Not here, the bar tender was on point, service was great, responsive, and friendly! Definitely would recommend the bar for dinning in!
Great this time around haven't been back in a while. Our server was wonderful! I was very surprised really how well being she was so young. Very grateful there are still young people that just want to be great at what they do no matter what they are doing for work.
Olive Garden has definitely gone down hill over the years. Prices have gone up plenty for microwaved food. Quality of food down as well, not that it had far to go but some dishes were definitely tasty. Some food on the menu was not available, don't remember all of them but one of them was a soup. Our server was great and that was the only thing worth the trip.
The welcoming committee, the two hostesses at the front door, to be a little more welcoming. Not a smile on their face. If not for them I would have given a 5-star rating. If it would have been based on them, it would have been a two-star rating.Sat at the bar, good service and very good food
This Olive Garden was,the best I've ever been in and I've been to a few. The food was well prepared and hot, the service was excellent! Would recommend a visit to here to everyone who loves Italian food and plenty of it!
Server was very polite and attentive. Food could have been better, I've ordered shrimp alfredo many times from the Wake Forest location and it's always been fine, but I got it here and the shrimp looked like they'd been left on one side to cook the entire time, one half was covered in the charred remains of whatever they were cooking in and they tasted like ash.
