This location has gone down hill, not physically, the building is practically still brand new (remodel), but service. More often than not drive thru staff just really does not want to be there, and it shows. The kicker today was I paid cash ($20) for my order ($6) and was handed back $1.08 as change!!! If that wasn't enough, pick up my order at the next window, and it too is incorrect. The excuse I got was "we're transitioning between breakfast and lunch". They used to stop serving breakfast at 10:30am, now it's back to 11am.To the manager's credit, he did try to make it right when I went inside to have my order corrected, so maybe there is hope for this location.
The experience was great, friendly staff and quick service. I will definitely be back.
The double cheese burgers were cheesey and piping hot ? and the fries were hot, crispy and perfectly salted. The hot fudge sundae ? yummy!!
I actually have to admit. Even though I was made to wait the kid was very polite and did his best to keep me informed. Even though I waited for my food I never felt ignored as a matter of fact the kid was more desperate to get my food out to me than I was. And for that I am grateful enough to post this
One of the newer and better MDs in the area! Definitely modernized and friendly, but it does have some weird rules about loitering that are due to an increased amount of drifters that roam around. Don’t leave anything in your car and don’t plan on eating in… not worth hanging around. Get everything to go!
I would not recommend this particular restaurant. Nothing good to say about the manager. Order was totally messed, we never got a receipt. My 3 year old granddaughter never got her Happy Meal and when the manager took the order she stated that they were out of apple slices so they would give double fries. Then when we said no happy meal was given she wanted to see our receipt. We never got one and she argued she needed to see the receipt. Again told her did not get one. Then she says sorry nothing I can do for you without receipt and slammed the window shut. If you know what's good don't go to this store.
It's a McDonald's. They screwed my order up, and when I asked for my missing item, the manager grabbed it with their bare hands, no gloves, and tossed it in the bag. Disgusting.
Rude manager lady, we didn’t get a receipt, first order burger was wrong, second order we didn’t get kids meal, or the sauce for nuggets, or the second shake. Not very happy. She slammed the window in my husbands face. Shake looks more vanilla then chocolate!
Food is ok, but I'm giving 5 stars for the manager. I went back in to exchange a cold hard hamburger, and she handled the situation so perfectly. She didn't argue with me, just got me another one.
The MC chicken is always fast and good!
