Longhorn never fails to provide good food! Birthday celebration lunch with my family. I love how the restaurant is dimly lit and I love the AC. Our waitress was the cutest❤️ I had a salad and the wings, which are always cooked perfectly. I now have a new favorite...The fire grilled corn was superb‼️ This us a must try when you go. It's there for a limited time but you will not be disappointed. I had a free dessert coupon for my birthday since I got the ? strawberry cake. It looked so beautiful so I decided to bring it home for later. Thanks Longhorn for another wonderful experience❤️‼️

This restaurant was absolutely horrible!!! Dirty glasses served to me!! Flies flying around everywhere. Took over an hour to get my food and when it came it was horrible the toughest steak I ever had in my life.
The food was great. It wasn't to busy. Really enjoy the atmosphere... To be continued... My wife ended up getting sick from something she at this establishment and it took her a few days to even start eating again.
So Kristen was our waitress she was absolutely amazing! Very attentive to all of our needs. This was my first time ever in a LongHorn steakhouse! So the district manager was the one cooking the steaks this is what we found out. My steak was one of the best steaks I have ever had. My props to the district manager he didn't make district manager for nothing. He knows his stuff. So the food that my friends ordered they said it was absolutely wonderful tasty cooked right. Even the salad was wonderful. I think that when we have a good attitude it shows in our cooking even the salad was wonderful. That means that that place is filled with people who appreciate their job and who want to bring satisfaction to those that come into their restaurant. It was my pleasure to sit at your table. I will be returning. I want to thank you so much for the great experience that I had with your employees and with the district manager as I complimented him he was a very humble man. I totally 100% recommend this LongHorn steakhouse whether you're traveling or whether you live locally you have got to visit this restaurant. And give your compliments to the chef.
My wife and I enjoy Longhorns most the time but this was the worst experience I have had from the Colonial Heights location. We placed our order online around 4 PM with the request for it to be ready at 5. I received the text to let me know it was ready at 10 min. to 5. Once I got to the location, I reported that I was there and my spot number. I waited from 5:05 to 5:35 and decided to go in to get the food. I was told they were still preparing my food and I had to wait an extra 10 min. before it finally came out. I took the food and came home just to realize that we didn't receive the full order and parts of it was overcooked and cold. I called to talk to the manager but no success. The whole situation has left me feeling robbed and will not recommend this location.
Tatum was An amazing waitress with a great personality and brought everything out in a timely manner especially considering it was a holiday. My co worker and I went out to eat for an Easter dinner after our waitressing job so we know how hectic it can be so we were very glad to have someone personable and fun to wait on us. Please value her as an employee as she works various parts of the restaurant and has a great personality and does her job very smoothly
This was a good experience for my first time... the waitress Anna was very informative and very efficient on the job's customer service. She had a speed of service and she made sure that you were comfortable and had all you need. The food was good but my Brussel sprouts were burnt and they did not satisfy me but I will definitely visit again.
This was our first time going. Started off great. Good atmosphere and our waiter was reasonably friendly. Drinks, appetizer and salads came out fast but then it took another hour to get our food. My husband filet mignon was cold. I got the Parmesan chicken and it was so salty I couldn't finish it. Not to mention that I got half way through and realized it wasn't cooked all the way through. The sides were decent and service was okay but the overall bill was insane for what we got. My stomach also hurt for the next 24 hours so I can't say I recommend it.
Absolutely the worst service on earth! I should have known when I saw the server agreed us at our table that things weren't going to go right or left, literally! After she took our orders which was for some shrimp and two of the 8 oz sirloins she brought out 6 oz sirloins instead and tried to pass them off. I know that a lot of steak place is trying to do this so that they can overcharge you and keep the 8 oz for themselves. Working in a few industry I can imagine that you can barely afford anything let alone a decent meal so this is probably why they do this. Anyway once I confronted her about my findings and the small stakes that she run to our table she advised me that I can speak to her manager. When the manager came to the table he was only worse than she was. Standing at about 4 ft 11 and dressed as if he was going to a soccer game, not professional looking at all this gentleman offered to show us the difference between a 6 oz and an 8 oz. I really would have thought he was going to grab a photo or maybe a measuring chart, no he brings out two raw steaks splashing blood all over the place from the back to our table. How disrespectful and how extremely unsanitary. The lack of professionalism shown today was disgraceful. But I'm not surprised as I know that these companies now have to hire absolutely anybody due to the shortage of competent and eligible workers. If you are looking to enjoy a family meal or just a lunch outing please avoid this dump at all costs!!!
