Absolutely horrible customer service, I pull up and the lady on the drive through said "You know we're getting ready to close, what do you want!?", I just pulled away-horrible way to treat someone wanting to purchase something from a business.......this was our first time back from a horrible experience almost a year ago, they just can't get it right, ever....
Hair in my food but danm was everything else fresh and amazing they gave me a refund.
The rudest person was working the drive through (3:00 today). I saw numerous vehicles drive up to give their order and abruptly drive away without ordering. 2 cars ahead of me, I was able to hear the employee screaming at the customer. Then the car in front of me also quickly drove away. When it was my turn, I received the most unprofessional words and tone. Guess she didn't want to cook!
Just waited at the drive threw once It was our turn to order was told they closed at 430. Sign on door says they close at 8pm.
Was like I remember LJC. Pretty good. Prices okay. They were stingy on the sauces through the drive thru.
They need to change the grease in their fryer! Overbattered, greasy tastless fish and shrimp. Pathetic. Never again. Captain D’s and Skrimp Shack have similar pricing and delicious product. How does this place stay in business?
Long John Silver's is always good. Fish is the best, great green beans, always a nice place to stop.
I was just there less than an hour ago and I’m trying to call your store y’all can’t possibly be busy still the meal I just got was not worth being paid for and spending almost 40$ is supposed to be good… I shouldn’t have to get a ride back up there when I’ve already paid for this food and the ride and to have to pay another ride up there isn’t fair to me as a customer if y’all could just answer your phone. Not trying to put y’all on blast and I usually love the food but tonight all I can say is wow! I knew something was wrong when y’all handed me the food right when I paid
Food was ok you had to pay 10 cents for extra malt vinegar which was ridiculous!!
I don’t understand this place. As they are right next to a seafood restaurant I would think they would work hard to be relevant. You can only order drive thru . The signs are always falling down so you have to ask for pricing and product information that you get with a little attitude and the food is just not the quality it used to be
