Just went into the KFC in colonial heights and stood in the lobby in line for over 15 minutes with 2 people in line behind me and could not get one single person to come over and take my order. I tried to get their attention and got flat out ignored. is there a secret password to get service at this location? we do come here often because it is the closest but normally go through the drive thru. had to leave and go somewhere else. I understand busy and short staffed but that wasn't the case here.

I ordered a 12 piece family meal yesterday and I asked if they could give me two breast and the rest dark meet, the guy taking my order said yes. They did not have any legs in the bucket and they did not give me the biscuits that come with what I paid for. Also, I have had bigger pieces of chicken at Buffalo Wild Wings than the wings that were in that bucket.

The cashier didn't seem knowledgeable about the coupon order. I placed a breast and wing order with a coupon. There seemed to be an issue with ringing up the order. I drove around and they were having register issues. Then, everything appeared to be fixed. Well, okay.So, I replaced my order at the window. I gave them the coupon. Even though the coupon clearly says breast and wing, they asked how pieces of chicken. Apparently, the coupon didn't clear the register initially because someone (I believe the manager) assumed the coupon is expired. Uh, no, the expiration is not until April 22nd.So, the cashier rings up the order. The total she quoted me initially seemed right. So, I paid it expecting to receive my change that I already calculated in my head.Then, I get the receipt showing the so-called adjustment that she made to give me a discount. The change she gave me was short 35 to 40 cents. They rung it up as a different order then gave me a deduction that did not equal the $4.99 coupon.The cashier wanted me to pull off as she didn't want to hold up the 2 cars behind me. Uh, I'm thinking resolve my issue first.Then, the manager came to the window and made the correction and told the cashier that I was right. He gave me my refund that I expected.I got my food but it took a few minutes to get the bill straight.I been here a few times without an issue. I'm going to assume that it was a bad shift moment.Be sure you know your math and what the coupon entitles you to have.I'll put a few days between this visit before I go back again.

Can't even give them that what a disappointment sooo often at this one , poor attitudes and poor food quality am calling tomorrow to talk to someone that cares about guest satisfaction not satisfied to go somewhere that you use to go to all the time "KFC" to get such horrible food throwing your hard earned money away!! I wish I could post my photos with this but it doesn't allow you to !!

So this is a shout out to Mike the manager!Thanks for the terrible service ?You answered your cell phone while taking my order! Then proceeded to make my order while handling your phone. Then turned around after making just my famous bowl, while arguing with an employee "on ur phone" about ur schedule f up.At this point 3 of your employee's asked why I was still standing around. You ignored them while on the phone to where someone else had to scoot past and finish my order lol.Great jobMike the manager

pocked up a 7 piece...gor hone it fell through the box it was so nasty wet and slimy, greasy..now I'm back in line trying to get my 10.00 order right!! NASTY!!

Chicken bucket ordered thru drive thru was good

I placed an order on the app and went to go pick it up and get there not even ten minutes after ordering. When I get to the drive thru the employee asks me if I ordered a 12 piece hot wing. I said no I ordered a family meal and told her my name. She said that the order had already been picked up. After several times of her telling me she can’t do anything and that someone already grabbed it she told me that it happens quite often…She told me to call corporate which I got no answer from them. And after her rude attitude all but saying “go away” I left. Don’t got to this KFC apparently where they let random people take other peoples food that’s been paid for already and who doesn’t offer any sort of apology or replacement for a mistake that could’ve been prevented if the employees and managers cared a little more about their job.
