They have good subs but are pricey. Don't go there often but when I do it's always good.
Very fresh subs, great food. Unfortunately the hot sandwich maker shift ended. So he walks out without being released by a peer. This leaves my order not being made and not completed. The shift leader made things right. This could happen to anybody. I thank you for the team pulling together and getting the job done. I am not sure why people would feel like it is all about them. Shame on the person who walked out. But kudos to the rest of the staff for filling in where slackers leave off. Just do your job, do it right and honest. It will return many times over when you need it.
A bit pricey, but the food was delicious. Staff was nice and friendly despite getting slammed. The line was fairly long for dinnertime. Dairy Queen being in the same building was a big plus for us.
Ordered a sub online. Went and picked up. Employees were nice and the store was spotless. Been here many times before and the place it always clean
Order was not ready and the young lady behind the counter lacked drive and personality.
It took about 10 minutes before I could even get someone's attention and even when I did he basically acted like a 10yr old with ADHD and started talking to his co-worker without even helping me. Could've been misconstrued but after waiting another 10 minutes until I finally said something to get someone else attending only to be told that it was gonna take awhile longer with my order because the guy working the grill was backed up with orders. Ummm ok. I didn't even bother waiting because the customer service was...well there wasn't any because it just seems like I was inconveniencing the workers just by being there. I only gave 2 stars because I am just trying to give them the benefit of the doubt.
Slowwwwww service. Even when placing an order on their app, ASAP equals a 40 minute wait. How is that possible when there are only 3 people in line?
Jersey Mikes is my favorite sandwich shop, but the different locations can be hit or miss. At this location, the sandwiches were made quickly and correctly and tasted delicious.

I'm sorry but umm I went there today .. first time. And I couldn't believe it.. yeah you share with dairy queen and all but how can you have so many flies in there? The bread thing is open .. the Lettuce tomatoes .. bacon and all are out in the open.. ): then you have gunk starting to grow from the soda spout thingy.. bread right on the counter .. ): im so disappointed
