So I went online and placed a "curbside" order before work and it was the absolute worst. They dont even offer curbside truthfully because when you call the number nobody comes to bring you good and the number isn't registered to ihop. I give up after 15 calls and go inside and there is absolutely nobody on the floor or front desk then i stand by the kitchen and find someone i see another number listed in the store i call again while im inside so they can see they have no working phone and shouldn't advise a service they don't offer. The waitress is clearly unphased and goes to retrieve my order. horrible experience as a paying customer and they should see how dangerous it is to offer curbside and have the patrons go inside sincw they dont really have curbside because why ? covid.
No one else in waiting area. We still waited about 5min. before anyone even acknowledged we were there. Table looked clean..but sticky. Poured water on it and cleaned it with napkins. Syrup container was sticky. Had to clean it too.I had 1 pancake. It was so cold the butter wouldn't even spread...forget about melting.Sent it back. Waited a very long time for another one. A waitress dropped a fork while cleaning a table. It was still there when we left, although she walked by it lots of timeWill not go there again
Worse place I've ever been. 50 min and no food out. When asked about it waitress was rude .u just gotta wait. Charged us 8$ for two drinks then we left. Omg get your act together.
Takes way too long to get food my kids and I waited over an 1hour an a half. Tried to contact them to ask what was the inconvenience with our order an kept reaching the voicemail. I then contacted the door dasher and he was very polite and informative being that he was inside waiting for our food the whole time.
We was seated at 930a after 20 minute wait .Coffee came ordered was taken . We left at 11:10am no food. Keep in mind the couple across from us was seated and eating. Waitress said your food is coming so isChristmas . Bad service Bad Business. I called back to speak with manager 9 minutes . No answer. Bad BadBad Business
Absolutely horrible, the food wasn't fit to give to a stray dog. Service was very substandard, I thought I had to get my own refill. Compared to the IHOP back in the day, this place is unadulterated hot garbage, BOO IHOP!!!!!
Service and server were great. Food was good, my crepes were missing the vanilla sauce buy still were good
Great place to eat. Went their for breakfast. Great service and excellent food. Reasonably priced with plenty food. Our server. I believe her name is Alicia was so nice. iHOP is very lucky to have her representing their business. I would hire her in a heartbeat. As far as Covid related. Very safe place to eat. Hand sanitizers everywhere. Staff wore their masks. When we walked in, we were greater well and they asked us if we wanted silverware or plastic. That is the first time a restaurant asked me that question. Excellent idea. Overall, great place to eat. Would definitely go back again.

Cranberry pancakes came with no whip cream as depicted in the picture - pointless. I had to wait for 20 mins to pick up my order. Also, there was no waiter to greet customers, we seemed invisible at the front door tryng to wave someone to help. Terrible service!
