Speaker in drive thru didn't work. My husband ordered just the burger #1 on menu. The young man taking the order couldn't hear him, so he ended up with the meal. He asked for no cheese. Took forever. The burger only had a thin slice of tomato, no ketchup, mustard, lettuce, etc. Tea tasted like it had been sitting in refrigerator for days.
The employees were sitting at a table in the dining room and didn't acknowledge that I was at the register to order until I turned around to leave. Then one of them stood up and asked me if I was ready to order. After taking my order, she and the other employee went to the back and prepared my one hot ham and cheese sandwich. I only ordered the sandwich and it was to go. I have no plans to return to this restaurant in the future.
Stopped on 5 May at 1:35PM and after taking my order at the drive through was told at the window the cook was taking their 15 minute break. First at last time stopping at this Hardee’s. I guess if one person takes a break the whole business is paused, I may have inadvertently exposed a problem in their business model. Judging by other comments this is a reoccurring theme that has yet to be addressed.
Enjoyed their breakfast had a bacon egg and cheese and tater tot hash browns and an orange juice ?
My bag was left behind and I called to know if they had it but they said they didn't. I have proof it was left there cuz I have a system called tile and I can see it on my map. So they lied and kept my bag with my other cell phone in it. Bunch of thieves.
Literally the worst service food everything I will never return to this location the staff was rude the fries were cold n soggy they couldn't even get one order right out of 8 n we was the only people in there they might want to get some better staff
If disgusting had a job it would work here. Have to receive the horrible food that I was forced to take I was not allowed or given the option to get replacement food or a refund, then to top things off they wouldn't let my five year old come inside to use the bathroom so she peed all in my car
I really don't care for Hardee's like I used to about 6 years ago in spartenburg South Carolina they used to fry the, chicken wings and thighs and legs now they don't do it anymore I do not find it to be so pleasant with out it .bring back the chicken I tell you no lie it was good
They were extremely busy today with the drive thru wrapped around the building and sometimes out to the road. Even though they were so busy they got the cars out quickly. I was not there as long as I expected to be, the food was hot, fresh, and service was great. Everyone that I had contact with was very friendly.
When looking for a quick breakfast at 6:45am, don't bother stopping here. There I waited at the drive through for several minutes to get no service. I pulled up to the window to perhaps get the attention from someone inside to no avail. Worse yet, this happens at several of the Hardee's in the Colonial Heights and Chester area. Shameful service and disappointed....
