First and last time here. Chicken tenders as small as chicken nuggets. If I wanted chicken nuggets I would've went to McDonald's. Way cheaper too.
Shavonne gave amazing customer service. I suffer from short term memory loss, she was honest when I overpaid her for my order and she let me know they were out napkins. It’s hard to come by honest people. She’s a hard worker and you can tell. She needs to be promoted if a position is open.
Went to pre-order outside box. Sat a few minutes, no action. Drove around to pickup window, woman was leaning against inside pick up window on cell phone. She did not turn around or attempt to offer service. We drove away @3:15 pm. Tuesday, 3/9/22. No service or response.
The cashier was nicer than a lot of other places. I only got a Diet Coke so I can't say anything about the food.
The biscuits were soft and fluffy! A big plus in my book.
Dear owner(s) of Hardeee's whats the real time this locaono open?? Google saya 6a. However its 650a an Guess what.Hardee's closed.literally, 3 cars in the parking lot ( employees) waiting for the manger or biscuit lady to arrive. Check them time sheets cause the keyholder late as hell. I was looking fwd to stopping here from breakfast. Sad thing is, this isn't the first time....

Recently moved to the area and this was our first order from this location. This is absolutely appalling. Do not eat here!
So I was on my lunch break and decided to go this Hardee’s. There were no cars before me at the drive thru and I was waiting for awhile for someone to take my order. Three employees came out of the back. One of the employees which I believe to be the manager on duty stated to them that “we ain’t taking no orders, we are close” very unprofessionally. Neither one of the acknowledge me to even say that they weren’t taking no orders or a sign posted on the drive thru intercom. This the second time this has happened to me at the drive thru. No one taking my order. If you are short staffed put a sign up, don’t just ignore your customers. I will not be coming to this location again.
Prices getting high. But their chicken biscuits are awesome.
