Passing through for vacation and stopped for breakfast. Very disappointed in everything there was to offer. Staff was great though. Won’t stop at this location for food again.

Definitely hit the spot on a Sunday afternoon! It wasn't too packed. We got there around 1130-12. If u get there before a certain time I think the prices are a little different. Our server was nice. Umm I actually went to a Golden Corral in NC and they require people to wear plastic gloves.. wish they had the same rules here, but hey, you pray and hope for the best lol. I would eat here again..
Kutos to Lisa the cashier for her beautiful spirit and smile. Her personality brightens the day!!! Our Church was there @8am and Lisa was the first person we saw!!! We love you Lisa❤️Foster was a great server with a nice and kind personality. He made sure we were taken care of. We love you too Foster❤️.
Surprised Golden Corral in Colonial Heights, VA was open, but it was clean and very nice overall. Food selections is fine, but with Covid-19 still making its runs thru the USA, I was surprised no mask policy was in place at that place, but know this mask mandate varies state by state. Service was horrible and my step-daughter never got silverware to eat her early dinner after asking her once or twice. Food was 4 stars, service was 1 star and the cleaning factor was 2 stars....we had a semi-dirty table. Overall, I rated this particular Golden Corral a 2 star place. If they improve their services and cleaned all of the tables before guests wants to be seated....and they had fairfly adequate staff it looked like.

Food is decent compared to other places.You can have an omelette made from chosen ingredients.To get in is very easy and the price is inexpensive.Overall a great experience!
I had not eaten at this restaurant in years. Last night I decided to eat there with my family and regret it. The restaurant itself is disgusting. The food had no taste. The bathrooms were grotess. By the time we had finished eating my middle daughter couldn't make it out the restaurant before throwing up. That lasted all night and I am currently missing a day of work from being up all night throwing up the food we ate. Never again will I step foot in this Golden Corral.
You have to have tough skin to frequent this place. The people who patronize this place may look un savory but they are well behaved. The food is okay and the service is blah. Maybe need to do a better job at cleanliness, plates, silverware, restroom, and facility over all.
Update: Now GC has both curbside pick up for to go orders AND a drive thru!Haven’t been here for years, prior to remodel. I’m not a big eater, so once around the bar is sufficient for me, and yet it’s still a bargain based on the great options available. Can’t beat the waitstaff for friendly and fast service.
