The food is bland at best. Once I ordered pizza and wings. The pizza was missing 3/4 of the toppings (yes the sauce and cheese too) and the wings had cinnamon on them. Oh yum! (Sarcasm added) They cook the food rather quickly and then let it sit on the counter for over an hour while they wait for an employee to show up to work and delivery it. The cheese on the pizza is like rubber by the time it arrives. The delivery person either is cognitively challenged or extremely spiteful. Instead of walking up the two steps to my front door, this delivery person stomps through my front hedges and places the order next to the filthy garbage can on the side of the house. I have complained more times than I care to admit and NOTHING gets done about it. Yesterday, the delivery person stomped on and killed all the new flowers I had literally just planted. No company can be this bad which makes me believe they think it is a joke. Do yourself a favor and stay FAR FAR AWAY from this establishment.

Order never comes correct. And management never takes ownership of mess ups. Had to contact cooperate over a rude manager and incomplete orders. Will be going elsewhere where customers are appreciated
Ordered pizza at work, I'm really not a big fan of domino's pizza hut Pappas John's etc...but this pizza came out amazing...and the driver Patrice was a sweetheart...thanks guys
They need to stop have delivery option if they can’t deliver the pizza 2nd time we order and pizza has been sitting at store for more then 45 mins then when u call and asked when it would be on way they tell u to come get it or it’s going to be another 45 mins 1st I went and got it this time I canceled it
My husband ordered a 2 (Pepperoni and mushrooms)topping hand tossed pizza. my husband didn't check to make sure his order was correct, because they have never been wrong the 10+ years we been going to Dominos. But today, we were given the wrong pizza, not even a good pizza, bbq chicken, yuck. we live too far away(about 25miles) to returned it. more like A dang bbq chicken sandwich, so I added some lettuce and ate like A dang sandwich. so for now on we will check our order b 4
I placed my order around 9:45 on a weeknight (they're open until 12:00). I ordered wings, salad and Pepsi. By 10:11, my order was cooked and "being reviewed by Ahmed". It stayed in that state until 11:20. I tried to call the store but the call but after 10 minutes, I hung up. It seemed like they were trying to avoid talking to me. I got my food at 11:30 minus the salad. That's 1 hour and 45 minutes later and 30 minutes until they close. The dressing was there but no salad? The wings were cold and slimy. $26 for 10 gross wings and Pepsi? Boo!
EDIT: I am changing my rating since a new DISTRICT MANAGER (lady) called me to inquire about what can be done better. I also learned Courtney has been made manager. Customer service is back to being phenomenally great! - edited to 5 startsOriginal comment: Quality has gone WAYYYY DOWN - one star.
