So incredibly disappointing tonight.My order was a tray: chicken strips w/ranch, hush puppies, white cheddar cheese bites, and a coke with no ice.They were out of the white cheddar cheese bites, which is understandable. Supply issues and you can't control when you run out of things. But my fries in place of them were soggy, which isn't ok.My coke was super warm. I always order my drinks without ice so that they aren't watered down. A fountain drink should still come out cold, even without the ice. This was nowhere near cold.My chicken strips were a bit overcooked and my dip was missing, so I got to eat dry chicken strips.And then we got some random chicken wrap which means someone else is going to end up with an incorrect/incomplete order.
Drive through takes 20-60 minutes. Portions always significantly smaller than the containers allow. They seem to allow riff-raff and thugs to hang out by the sitting area. Not surprising with how often I see police there or nearby waiting.I gave a one star because the milkshakes are great but a milkshake isnt hard to achieve or find elsewhere.
I really love their milkshakes!! They are so thick & creamy and very delicious! With real ingredients. I also love there BBQ sandwiches & onion rings?. There service is on point as well. Just a great place!!
This is my now favorite spot to eat. Has everything!! Perfect pricing. Great service. Definitely make it a stop when you are in area. Heck , even if not. I love hr away. Still coming lol
I went to Cook Out tonight around 9:30pmI ordered the Hamburger Cookout Tray with everything on it. The Hamburger had been burned with a slap of cheese placed on it. I would of taken it back but i was already at home. Cook Out we can do better than this!
Service was fast and the food was great. We did have to ask for dipping sauces after we had already asked for them when we ordered, but they had everything else we needed already in the bag: napkins, spoons, & straws. Glad we checked for sauces before we left.
Stopped by around 115pm on December 30th...made my order. I had the tender meal with a cheer wine float and dipping sauce. After receiving my bad I asked the youbg lady that was working the outside lane of the drive thru window for a spoon. She replied it's in the bag. I said thank you and left. After leaving and checking my bag..I saw that she didn't put a straw in the bag for my sweet tea. There wasn't a spoon. Nor was there any sauce. When she clearly asked me at the window what type of sauce. Haven't been here in a while and I understand that some people are mediocre with their job performance.
Food was good, milkshake was fantastic!! Wish the staff were a little more friendly and courteous. Staff wear masks. Reasonable prices. Love the milkshake flavors.
I LOVE THE WALK UP WINDOW, SERVICE IS EFFICIENT, AND FOOD IS GREAT.!!Excellent Prices!!
The food is good. The people are awesome! I have only been here about three times and each time I get great service. The drive thru lines are long but it's worth it.
