Well I was surprised when I had this experience due to fact that chick-fil-a customer service is always on point. But I have been a few time where the drive thru workers have put the order in wrong and when get up to pick up then it totally wrong order or missing items but I let it go. But now I spend to much money in this establishment. I recommend that you let the staff know pay attention on both ends.....#icantbelievethishappen
Chick-fil-A is undoubtedly the greatest place to eat at. The food is amazing and the customer service is beyond superior to any other. I've never had to wait long for my food AND I always get what I order.I've never had to go back to complain about a wrong order and I've been going there for 3 years since my move down south. Also, the place is always so clean, even the bathrooms are always clean.Food: 10/10Service: 10/10Cleanliness: 10/10
Edit 2/16/22022: ETHAN saved the day! I felt heard by Ethan as I explained how two(2) of my items were missing after receiving my lobby order. He replaced the items today. Samantha was apathetic, but Ethan redeemed Chick-fil-a SouthPark, Colonial Heights, VA in a big way.* * * THANK YOU Ethan for the smile, empathy, and assurance that Chick-fil-a still aims to make EVERY customer experience a good one. God bless ya Ethan. Thank you Chick-fil-a, Ethan is a good hire - Samantha, not so much, please hear me. You can't teach/train anyone to have agape (love for fellow man). IMO she's not a good fit. By the way, i left my name & ph# with Samantha and NO ONE RETURNED MY CALL - was 5 DAYS AGO. Kiera M. nor anyone else ever called. I just placed an order for delivery and it was in my hands in less than 20 min, and this was during peak lunch hours. So impressed!
The lines tell the whole story. Lots of choices, but people choose CFA because you feel good after eating it. No headache, no upset stomach, no running to the bathroom.
It's not much wrong I could say about Chick-fil-A they definitely mastered the art of the drive-through ..even if the line is around the block you're moving..LOVE IT

Vegan/Plant-based "Chick'n" Options. Can We Have A Conversation Mr. Cathy? I Have A Friend That Can Take CFA To The Next Level?
Probably THE nicest customer service I've ever experienced at a fast food establishment. The dining area was clean and not busy at all. Food was good as usual and the fries were super fresh!!!
Chick-fil-A in South Park mall is always busy. They are short staffed, but always nice and happy to help you. Food is always great. The turn around time from placing your order to getting your food is the issue... Long wait!
