Got a frosted lemonade, asked for extra lemonade but was told the drink comes like this. This was my first time visiting this location but the Parham RD location definitely adds more flavor otherwise this drink tastes basically like a watered down vanilla shake. Asked to get a lemonade instead and they charged me again.... lol so much for excellent customer service. Never had this at a chik fil A they are usually the epitome of customer satisfaction.

Chick-fil-A at this location has become my new primary GOTO-spot for lunch breaks. The service has always been wonderful, quick, and accurate. Even when it's very busy!!The manager Stanley, and the rest of the team always take very good care of their customers. Stay awesome you guys! I'll be back again soon! ? ???
This is a busy location. The drive thru line is always long, but it moves quickly. It can be a little confusing, but follow the signs and use both lines. Always check your bag for accuracy as they have messed up my order few time, but more recently it’s been correct. I just don’t take the chance anymore as once you pull off you have to go back into the busyness.
If I could give them a zero stars, I would.I stopped by this place to inquire about catering for a military retirement ceremony. I placed my order, with the understanding that we will possibly make changes prior to the date. We initially requested the sandwiches be cut in thirds or halves. The following week the Director Leslie or Manager whatever her title is called and we discussed the order, time etc. etc.We requested the sandwiches be cut and Leslie immediately said no that wasn't possible for them to cut the sandwiches due to quality control. I didn't understand how can cutting sandwiches in half would be an issue but you're handling the food, cooking it, packaging it etc.We explained that we've had an event catered in the past and this wasn't an issue, she argued the point with her "nice/nasty demeanor. It had nothing to do with quality control simply laziness and not willing to assist.Needless to say we cancelled our order and used the chick fil a inside South Park mall and they didn't disappoint. They delivered on time and cut our sandwiches as requested.This specific establishment does not support the military. I will not recommend this place to anyone especially the military community.Please take your business to the Chick Fil a inside the mall and not this place. The Director over there is awesome.
I've received the worservice imaginable. From wrong orders, bad attitudes, bad mouthing me a customer, waiting at least 20 minutes for food while watching other customers received their food. Excuses were we're so busy this. Not that busy whilcustomers coming after meare served before me. Seriously do I really need to review a Chick-fil-A they definitely deserve one because the service is one of a kind everyone is extremely polite well spoken takes pride in what they do and the food everyone knows impeccable I love this place they really brighten my day every time!!!
Usual Chick FIL A effeciency A++! This location is just in a bad way for parking and drive thru ordering. It's just about in a Walmart parking lot and to exit the Chick FIL A after getting your order, you have to go thru a very confusing parking lot (especially if you are not used to the area). I don't know, but I expect they are going to make a change to this soon.
I had a bad experience at this particular Chick-fil-A today. My sandwich was far from hot and it was put together very sloppy. I also ordered two Mac and cheeses and only received one of them. Both orders of Mac and cheese were on the receipt. I know that this place is busy and one customer my not mean much, however, I felt like I wasted my money.
This place charged a 75 dollar delivery fee for 5 miles. Thus was/is a total rip off. We will never use this place again. They didn't even contact us to discuss our concerns. They got the money from our church ministry so they don't care about anything else.
