Ordered through uber eats. Gluten free supreme pizza. I got a cheese pizza. It said no to all the toppings when I didn't edit the order that way. I double checked and first, I shouldn't have to tell you what to put on a Supreme pizza. And 2 everything was checked. Other than that the pizza was burnt around the edge with foil underneath that stuck to it and soggy in the middle. Not really even edible. Completely gross.
The pizza was so good!!! Very fresh and made with the finest ingredients. Customer service is always good. When you call your order in and choose the time than it's ready.
Chanello's Pizza used to be good, not sure what changed, but it'll do if you're really hungry and short on cash.

Keep your expectations low. You get what you pay for. This abandoned storefront that sometimes sells pizza will sometimes make a pretty decent pie but you won't feel great about eating it when you see where it's coming from. Makes you wonder where the profits go and you know it's not to the employees for what they're advertising they pay. Overall, I don't feel great about buying pizza from here, but I still do it because it's cheap and close.
In 30 years of being a customer, worst service and experience ever. Short staffed, basic sanitary hygiene including hand washing absent. Waited forty minutes for a sandwich from walking in. Food was not as ordered. Offered to make another but I wasn't waiting another forty minutes.

After eating at 3 different area Chanellos I can definitely say the food is amazing with lots of specials and the service is courteous and prompt.
