Literally just sat in this line for 17 mins and just gave them my money and still waiting. I came here to get fast food, yet here I sit waiting for a burger to be prepared as if it were a four-course meal. Staff was lazy ill-dressed and will not recommend. Will never shop here again
Stopped by since all the Burger Kings near my work closed?. Got myself and family a nice whopper meal and we all enjoyed it?

Only part of meal that was hot were the fries. The Whopper was room temperature at best. Probably had been made earlier in the day and set aside. Was in a hurry and didn't have time to wait on another one to be made. I understand there's a staffing shortage, but that shouldn't be a reason for poor quality of food.
Asked for 24 nuggets fresh out the grease. Got them and they were not fresh. Got them remade and the were still not fresh. They just don't care. They can't even get the menu to turn on
The reason I give this a one-star for Burger King that I attend in colonial heights off the boulevard is because their bathrooms are always nasty the lobbies are never clean the tables are still dirty. The food was good and hot but other than that their lobby is nasty as well as the bathrooms.
Pulled into drive thru line to pickup a doordash order about 7:30 pm. Seen people coming and going out the lobby so decided I would go inside since drive thru line was not moving. Pulled on each door and both were locked. Went back to my car and called inside and asked if someone could let me in to pickup doordash and was told no that I had to wait in drive thru. Watched another lady pull on the door and wave a customer over to unlock it and let her in; then I watched the lady stand in line and order food. So they keep the doors locked, customers let them in, workers still serve them, but I couldn't grab a doordash order. This place is garbage.
I would give them 0 stars if I could honestly. Every time I go: food is always cold, barely cooked @ all, missing items. Sad this is the closest Burger King around ? This was what I ordered for my toddler. Seriously disgusting
Drive thru service was nice ghost pepper nuggets not hot at all
If nothing else, I like the price. Since these are the test of good, the french fries are A-OK. I like the breakfast and fish sandwich too.
