Burger King could do so much better. Poor customer service, filthy restrooms, poor upkeep.

Worst worst worst bathrooms that my wife and I have ever seen. I’m not worried about COVID in there I’m worried about HIV, Hepatitis and blood borne pathogens. Health department should be notified. Warning - Do Not Enter!!!!

Please do not go to this Burger King. I pulled up at the intercom and no one asked to take my order until 10 minutes after I was in front of the intercom. I asked twice if someone was there and the employee kept “stating I’ll be with you in a minute.” When my order was finally taken, the employee refused to take my coupon stating that they can’t take a coupon from the Burger King App. I asked do I get anything as a courtesy for my excessive wait and the employee said in a rude and obnoxious tone, “if you pay for it, I’m not going to give you anything for free.”I pulled around and walked into the restaurant to speak to the manager about the unruly service and the manager stated that they “were understaffed and only had two employees working and could not take my coupon or my order in a timely manner.” When I looked in the back, the two employees that were working were both smoking a cigarette while there were three cars in line waiting to be served. Hence, they were not tending to their customers.This has to be the WORST customer service I have ever experienced and I will never again return to this Burger King.FYI: The Burger King in Chester, VA took my coupon and said there was “no reason why the Burger King in South Park could not.”
The food was absolutely nasty. The fries taste like onion rings the impossible Whopper was dry and look like a hockey puck
I don’t know if they was having a bad day or what I waited in the drive- thru for 10 minutes the first 5 I said hello so they knew I was out there she said I’ll be with you in a moment. That moment was another 5 I just drove off never did put my order in.
I waited 30 minutes for someone to take my order
**Update: Stopped by today and nothing has changed!! It's gotten worse!!**I'm so disgusted I purchased a bacon king and it wasn't fresh at all. French fries tasted like oil, old oil at that. I went through drive through but ended up going inside because drink was flat and I wanted it changed. The inside is so dirty and lots of flies around also mold. Yes!! Mold. This place needs to shut down. As soon as I saw the mold I instantly fell sick.
Came in here today and the service is terrible. Employee just sitting at the table on her phone not paying attention to the customers. Claim she couldn’t take orders. Very unprofessional.
