Location is the cleanest ive seen and has beautiful landscaping.Unfortunately today's visit was less than satisfactory. The order process and receiving of food was fine, but once we got back to our truck I opened my sandwich to put some arbys sauce on it and looked at several small chunks of rotisserie chicken where I expected a chicken sandwich to be. I immediately went in and expressed concern that this was an inadequate amount of chicken on a sandwich. The manager was very understanding and took my sandwich to the back to be fixed. After several minutes, an employee appeared and literally launched my sandwich down the food ramp to the manager. I could see the look on the employees face, which was less than happy. The manager reaction was clearly shocked and I'm sure my face dropped too. I looked at the manager and said something to the point of "well, that was aggressive". I could see the manager was apologetic, almost embarrassed. She stated that she was sorry and would take care of that. I hope I said thank you, but I was in shock and walked out.Also, when I got back to the truck to look at my new sandwich...the meat chunks were cold. When I order a chicken sandwich, whether fried, roasted, or grilled I assume it will be warm meat. Maybe I expected wrong and that was an error on my part for not asking, but I would like for that to be made more clear as the counterpart of the sandwich is hot. (I ordered the deluxe chicken sandwich, which it states you can get crispy or roasted).Overall, I was very disappointed with my sandwich, and the attitude of the employee who literally seemed to chuck my sandwich at her manager (so much that the manager had to re-close the sandwich packaging and I had to recreate my sandwich), but most interactions with other employees while we waited were positive which is why I gave it 3 stars. I honestly started with 2, but I understand there are flukes and it was a busy time of day, so I'll take that into account too.
We were on the road trip from Florida to long Island and stopped for gasoline, my fiance loves Arby's so we stopped for lunch. We were both totally impressed with how beautiful the construction of this Arby's was. It was a great atmosphere and simply put amazing place ?
Don't know what it is about Arby's but I've never had a bad meal there. It's just a fast food joint but their meals don't reflect that. The place itself is kind cool too, not your typical run of the mill tiny hard seats and wobbly tables. They even have outdoor seating. Enjoy! ?
I don't like Arby's very much but the food was alright. Got a turkey gyro and coffee milkshake, the milkshake was really good but the gyro needed a bit more sauce. My sister got the spicy chicken slider and absolutely loved it, said it was "the best spicy chicken sandwiches". I also got a zucchini muffin and that was fantastic, probably my favorite menu food item. Really good service, fast and friendly.
Plain salad looked good but the fried chicken salad was better. This building was once a Will Rogers restaurant which makes me believe it should almost be an historical site. Arby's was one of about three or four food businesses under the same roof working as partnership franchises.
The extended offerings don't seem to be offered right now. How about somebody say when they're coming back?

I love their Gyro and Reuben sandwich, their food tastes better than the average fast food and I personally think Arby's is far under appreciated for their quality of food and service.Their prices are reasonable for quality of food and service. their place of business is always clean, up to date and modern but cozy and decorated nicely.Arby's is by far the best major chain food restaurant in my opinion.
Probably the best experience I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. The manager was very personable and charming. They were a bit behind on making our shake and they brought us a soda while we were waiting. Everyone was very thoughtful and nice.
When I got home with my order I noticed the 2 for $6 special had just one item and not the two. From Hopewell back to Colonial Heights I go to get the correct order for my wife and I. Popi , the on duty manager was great and understood that a customers time is precious and that riding back to the store to get the order right is a big deal. She handled it well and I say cheers to all for the making it up with the right attitude. Now for the big picture- Please have all your front line employees check and double check the orders for accuracy of contents. Thank you.
