I ordered through the mobile on a weekday for lunch. I went through the drive thru and waiting about 20 minutes to get my food. Short staffed with no direction!! I'm pretty sure the manager on Duty was in the kitchen cooking while staff was wondering around aimlessly trying to figure what went where. Pitiful. The food was ok but for the length of time I waited it should have been fresh!!
Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru and never made it to the order menu. 2 employees were out back smoking ?. Won't go back to this store. Went across the street to burger king and had my order within 5 minutes. Saw one person leave without ordering in front of me, another 4 left from behind me. Sad. Hope the owner sees this.
The drive thru wait till it's always horrible. Expect to be waiting a long time. Also they decide to randomly close at 9pm. So either the hours are wrong on the app and website or they just don't care.
Food was good, but drive thru wait time was absurd considering there were only 3 cars including me! After getting food and driving off realized my sausage egg &cheese biscuit was in fact a sausage egg & mayo sandwich instead! Love Wendy's breakfast but this morning was a but disappointing
The food was good and the service was fast but the man raking our order and the worst attitude ever after I ask to change a drink order. I would under if I changed everything but just one drink. Then the same guy almost threw my order into my car. Very rude.
The staff in the drive through were funny and friendly. They gave my dog a chicken nugget and it was the highlight of his day!

The line in the drive thru was moving a little slow but Micheal apologized and provided great customer service and made sure we were happy. Ty for a great experience.
