10/10 the best carne asada tacos I have had since moving to the east coast
Try the marinated pork sopes. Don't expect much in the way of seating because this is a food truck. No guac on the menu.

Another great taco spot for Christiansburg. The good news was they were open on Sunday, so I pulled in and had 2 chicken and 2 steak tacos. The tacos are served street style, w/ radishes, grilled onions, and cucumber slices. The tacos themselves can be served w/ cheese, but I skip that, and have them w/ cilantro, onion, and pico. The meats were pretty good, I'd say the steak was excellent, the chicken was a little under seasoned for my tastes, but still better than most in town. I asked for hot sauce and was given one small container, if you are also a fan of heat, I'd recommend asking for 2, maybe 3 so there's a lot to go around. Highly recommend, and will definitely be going back.

So wonderful! I had high expectations from reading the reviews and I was not disappointed!! That was the best quesadilla I've ever had! I can't wait to try everything else!
OMG! These are some of the best tacos I have had. Authentic street tacos that brought me back to Southern California! You must try this taco truck!
