The dining room was closed. The lady who took the order was nice but someone else who was working in the kitchen was extremely rude and not wearing gloves, mask or head coverings. He denied to identify himself or give a name of the on duty manager.We spent $25 for the food but after seeing all, we came home and dumped everything in the trash.I have serious doubts about food safety and preparations at this location.I will not recommend to anyone.
Not all Taco Bells are the same, but this one is one of the better ones the service was quick and friendly. And the food was made exactly like described. We will go there again.
I got a quesadilla and chicken tacos and now I have salmonella. I've had nothing else to eat since eating there so I'm 99% sure the taco bell caused it. If you are forced to eat there, avoid their chicken at all costs. The funny part is that the chicken costs extra. So it's kinda like I paid extra for the salmonella.
Best one around. Sad that I have to travel to another city to get the taco bell app to work. The app in Christiansburg and Blacksburg don't work best the staff has selected not to use it. So no point able to gain. Also the food is always on point unlike the 2 stores mentioned. If you want the bell skip the Christiansburg and Blacksburg locations and use the Radford store.

This place know how to make a correct taco and burrito! Went thru the drive and even though there was a long line it went quick. Very friendly employees. Will visit again soon.
Busy lunchtime drive thru is amazingly quick and they've not screwed up my order as of yet... good team there!
Taco bell has been disappointing lately getting rid of so many good food items but this taco bell deserves a 5 star rating for good service and people.
