The baristas were super kind! This location was well staffed and well cleaned!
Poor cappuccino it came unsweetened which is not too bad but it was in the most bitter over roasted tasting coffee I’ve ever had in my life and there was no way to alter the taste. there is no sweetener laid out anywhere in the restaurant and everybody ignored me when I try to ask for something

My coffee pot broke and I was so glad they moved in!The coffee is great if you are going to purchase it ready-made and served to you. I was pleasantly surprised and unprepared when the kind young lady asked how I was doing rather than what I wanted to order. I totally would have tipped her just for asking if I had cash.Thanks for taking it next level on the quality of dark coffee and service!
Was in the area for work & stopped in for a Venti Blonde Americano VERY VERY VERY little!!! I got a coffee so dark it was like mud!!!So disappointed ☹️ for $5.00+To drive away with something you can't drink was beyond disappointing!!!A suggestion: Before leaving or drive away, MAKE SURE TO VERIFY YOUR ORDER IS CORRECT!!!
The person on the counter at 4 27 pm on 27th June 2022 had a really bad tone. I went upto him to inquire about why my order wasnt out yet, he said all orders will come there on the counter to which he said 'let us check rather than having to hear that bad attitude'. Ultimately the Chai was ready but was not placed on the counter. The person on the bill counter for no reason passed this unfriendly comment.
Standard Starbucks. I don't normally do this brand, but had the wife and family with me and they do. Had a nice cup of hot chocolate and cheese danish. They seemed happy with their coffees.
Not as fast as the University City Boulevard Starbucks in Blacksburg, but super friendly and great tasting coffee. Twice I've ordered a trenta cold brew with no ice and soy milk (they were out of almond milk). It was perfect both times!
New store, they make the Chai latte the way it is supposed to be, nice and hot and spicy.. other locations near us have served lujewarm... no one wants Starbucks that's not hot.
Waited 10 mins for one of my two drinks, barista asked if it was the order with the tall mocha (yes) which we had already gotten, but then proceeded to say “I can’t find it here.” My guess is it was the half made drink sitting on the counter behind them but I was too annoyed to care and just left since I was four hours into a twelve hour drive.
