Went inside to order because drive thru was very long. Ordered and paid for one coffee then waited 15 minutes. No drink!! Asked for money back, and manager credited account with an excuse that they are really busy. No accommodations made for long wait or for people who are physically in their cafe!!Will never frequent this Starbucks again!!!

Today I went to Starbucks and was served by a nice barista named Nick, or Nic, not sure what their spelling was but they had pretty green hair. Anyways- I asked if they could just make my shaken oatmilk espresso in the cup because I’m allergic to dairy. Not only they were super nice and accommodating about my anaphylactic dairy allergy which is really hard to find anywhere-but it was really good to hear they took the time xtra few seconds and made sure they used clean utensils and cups to make it. Thank you, awesome Starbucks barista-I chugged my delicious, wonderful drink and didn’t have any issues! ❤️?

Great staff but they did mess up my order so I called as I only had 30 minutes to get to work and they were more than happy to replace my order and give me a refund. So I went in a couple days later to do just that and yes they re made my drink but no refund and the worst part was the drink was messed up AGAIN! This is the Starbucks that I've ever had a bad experience with and almost every experience has been bad. The staff is friendly but just not very good at making the drinks. So with saving the best for last ill just show some photos of the bathroom which I decided against using lol

Ordered a breakfast sandwich and the employee did not know what all was on it, thankfully I have no allergies but still... every employee should know what the heck they're selling

The toasted vanilla oat shaken expresso Is my new go to. I have no problem with dairy but I don't miss it in that.

The batistas are always super nice and make my day better. My favorite one to go to.

I placed an online order which they claimed to have never received but I pulled it up on my phone and they had it out in a jif. Glad this location has a drivethru!

Since they changed locations, it has been the most disorganized, slowest mess. I understand a change involves some downtime and slowness - but this long afterwards it shouldn’t. They’re usually out of things. While the pandemic affects availability sometimes, other local Starbucks manage to have what they don’t. When my daughter ordered a dragonfruit drink they didn’t tell us until we got to the window that they were “out of the thing that makes it purple.” It’s not the end of the world, but that’s part of the fun for those drinks. Why wait until people get to the window? Just tell us off the bat. Another time I placed a mobile order for drive-thru - that’s #1 of telling the store my order (a sandwich and a drink). When I pulled up to the speaker, they couldn’t find it and I had to repeat the entire thing (#2). I double checked the app and made sure it was the right store. When I got to the window, they handed me the sandwich and were like “bye.” I had to repeat my drink order again (#3) and they said they were going to work on it right now. I know Starbucks has a system because it works at other locations, so not sure why they’re not following it? And the lines/wait times are ridiculous. Avoiding this Starbucks from now on.

The drinks are always watered down like they only do half pumps of syrup! They have even made wrong drinks & instead of offering a remake, the barista just shrugged & said he'd been making that one all day so that's probably how it happened! Seriously????? Needless to say we have stopped going to that Starbucks.

I don't understand why this location keeps adding extra toppings to my mocha Frappuccino that I haven't asked for. The first time I was late for work because it literally took thirty minutes to go through the drive-thru only to get my drink wrong. They added a bunch of sprinkles and skipped my two extra espresso shots. Then today they add chocolate sauce for no reason. I'm so frustrated. The owner should really have picked a larger location, they clearly need at least two drive thru lanes and more staff.
