Everyone is friendly and the food is always fresh. Well I've gotta edit this because yesterday I had a bad experience. I got my fav shake which is the Strawberry Cheesecake one and pulled off. When I could get the first sip it was sour. The cream cheese or I guess the cheesecake bites were sour. It was so bad. I called to let the manager know and she talked down to me, telling me that the shakes are concentrated and sometime taste sour. I let her know that I buy those shakes often and never have I had one taste this way and that it wasn't the concentrations. The cream cheese was definitely sour. I took it back to them and I was thinking that they had surely thrown out the batch they were using with a customer saying it's spoiled, but nope! They made me another and it was made with the same stuff. It was spoiled as well. I eventually settled on a blue raspberry slush. It was great. Everyone was friendly, I just can't believe they didn't throw that stuff out.
Incredibly slow service for the simplest of orders. Not very busy and it took over 30 minutes for 2 ice creams. The hours on the website don’t match the receipt, this is probably indicative of the attention to detail missing from this location. Also, tell me what’s wrong in the second picture…Thankfully I live out of state and won’t come here again. I’d recommend hiring an adult that knows what they’re doing and get this place working more efficiently.
We sat in the stall for 20 mins and never had anyone to take our order. Apparently was the same for others as they was leaving without food after a long wait as well. I ended up downloading the sonic app on my phone and ordered that way. The new drive thru seems to be the only way to go with this one. Very sad because this use to be a great place.
Had a craving for a sonic blast and drove 20 minutes into town. Got there 15 minutes before closing and the drive through was closed. Had to ring the red button 3 times because it kept shutting off without anyone speaking to me. I sat there for half an hour before it wouldn’t let me press the button anymore. Nobody ever answered the button. Over an hour of my time wasted for nothing.
I used to love getting Cherry Limeades but now I won't get one. I was lied to when I asked if they had any limes or cherries to put in the drink and they said yes. Finished my drink and I only have one tiny piece of lime. What's the deal?
There no point in having the order boards if y'all are going to make people order online. The service at this place and the food quality has seriously gone down hill. There is a line of people all the way out to the road because the drive thru is being slow. We won't be back this is ridiculous.
Very Disappointed. I ordered my food online just to get there and stalls not being open so I get in the drive through line and after waiting 30 minutes only moved up 2 cars. I had to leave I can’t wait in line for an hour for food. Waste of time and money since I didn’t get food. If you can only have 1-2 people working you need to shut down. On the bright side everyone that does work there is always very nice and working hard.
Waited in stall for over 20 minutes waiting on the guys to take my order so I felt like there was something wrong with the button on that stall so I went to the drive through but when I finally got to the order board no one said nothing again.so I’m still waiting for them to take my order and some girl suddenly takes my order and I pull up to pay and let me say I sit there for another ten minutes so as I paid for my food I was told by the cashier that I didn’t have to go there. If I didn’t like my 42 min wait I swear I have never felt so hurt from a mean cashier. I’ll just drive over to radford for some sonic if I ever wanna get anything else . I ll pray for you
No one ever took our order in the drive thru, so we pulled into a stall to order, no one ever answered the menu board request so we finally left. Almost 30 minutes, never spoke to anyone. Left and drove to DQ, hot food and ice cream quick service, shoulda just started at DQ ?
Sonic in Christiansburg is terrible! Do not go! I sat in the drive thru for 20 mins, nobody waited on me. Pulled up in a slot, tried to order, nobody responded. I went inside and ask them what the problem was. They responded, “oh we’re only taking orders from the drive thru”. I went through the drive thru again, nobody helped me. I had to call and ask them to take my order. Oh, I get home, my WHOLE order was wrong. I called the store again, the lady said to me, “ma’am there’s no reason you should be upset! Seriously!!!!!!!!!! Do not go! Worst service all around! HORRIBLE! I spent 45 mins, and $50.00 on nothing but wasted time and cold food. Absolutely ridiculous!
