From the outside, I did not think Sandro’s was as good as it was. We came here thinking this as a second option to Olive Garden, but it was much better. There was not a single complaint on the flavor of the dishes. However, the bread was very flavorless and all the dishes could benefit from less oil. Sandro’s is definitely a place checking out.
Excellent food & service . The portions generous & the presentation well done; salad dressing is yum! Bread delicious. Chicken piccata I ate on for 2 days! . Owner is very very sweet. Great Authentic Italian we found while passing through the area on way back from NY, after a family funeral. We ate Italian (comfort food ) with family & to find this place on the way back was such a treat on a long journey back South.Thanks againTeri C from TN
At a time when great customer service is rare, I have to send a shout out to Renee. She was Fantastic even with it being a busy Friday night. She was Friendly, Professional and had Incredible service. We had a party of 8 but it felt like we had a party of 2 and the place to ourselves, even though the line was out the door.The menu has too many options for me personally but the Chicken Marsala was outstanding (my wife's favorite) and the Chicken Parm was also top notch.The to-go orders were being cranked out so my guess is you can take the very same taste with you if you aren't ready for the crowd and wait on a busy night.Thank you for a Great Experience.
I usually order the fettuccine alfredo with chicken to-go online, and it never disappoints. It's super creamy and has a bunch of chicken, the plate is also a great size for the price.The only time I was disappointed here was my own fault. One time I ordered the pesto pasta thinking it would be creamy pesto (I now know pesto isn't supposed to be creamy by default, oops), and it was not, but I cannot deny that it was a good traditional pesto pasta.Also, the to-go orders are always fast, even on the busiest nights I only wait maybe 10 minutes max after the promised order time.
The Good-food was delicious, we had a mix of Italian samplers, wings, and salads. Priced as a decent Italian restraunt. Bad- there were gnats everywhere, they were flying in our food and drinks and landing all around. The place did seem very clean but this was pretty annoying. Also we were exhausted after a long day and waited 20 minutes for someone to get our drinks, waitress was friendly enough but literally jogged off quickly after setting last drink down. We tried to grab her attention but We weren't checked on or orders taken for 30 minutes. We were in a corner and I'm not sure if we were just forgotten about because people around us were being waited on and checked on regularly. We still tipped because I absolutely have compassion for these workers at all times but especially during these times, but the level of service did not meet price or food quality. Would possibly try again to see if this one time was not the usual but unfortunately couldn't give this visit full stars.
As a business owner myself, I understand how hard it is to find good people, to always have your employees be as consistently good as possible, and to provide the best experience for your customers. With that being said, Alessandro is a perfect representation of what a business owner should be. He’s very upbeat, focused, empathetic, and has done an absolutely phenomenal job with picking his staff, his menu layout, and everything in between.The staff has been nothing short of great. Every server I’ve had, has provided excellent customer service, and actually struck up a conversation and could joke around with you. Very personable atmosphere. I will point out Caroline in specific as she provided the best server interaction I’ve probably EVER had. Super upbeat, on top of everything, took my jokes and even threw some back at me, and always checked in on us.I’ll recommend this place to ANYONE, if you want a great customer experience, great food, and a super clean floor and table, this is where you come. Hats off to all the staff who make this place great. I can’t wait to watch it become a staple in the Town Of Christiansburg.

Must try their chicken masala spaghetti. The flavor is great, sweet and sour special sauce. I had their lunch special and the price is under 10! Will recommend
Very good pizza and Greek salad! Big slices! This is one of their you pick two options for lunch. It is $8.99 or in the back of the picture you can get two slices of one topping pizza and a soda for $8.50.
