Went today for dinner with my family. It was outstanding. Sarah Beth was an amazing server who took care of us at every turn and never let the tea glass or the fry basket empty. She perfectly handled my sons special dietary needs. Awesome job! My kids love eating here.
We had a great lunch and service was great also. I recommend the Royalty Program. They honored it with no questions.
If you want to eat in the most disgusting Red Robin in the continental US, then this place is for you. 70% of the tables are empty and full of garbage, bathrooms with no paper towels or toilet paper and garbages over flowing. The best part... we had our food to go because we did not want to wait 45 minutes and guess what, the order was wrong. Please do not waste your time or money on this place and the incompetent staff.
We stopped here on our little getaway to Martinsville Speedway for the NASCAR race. Drinks were awesome & burgers were unbeatable. The food came out quickly as well. Service was friendly. Highly recommend! If we are in the area again, we would definitely stop by! Wishing we had one of these restaurants where we live!
It wasn’t a truly bad experience. They were extremely short staffed which seems to be the norm these days. The poor waitress was cleaning her own tables and she was the only waitress we saw working an entire half of the restaurant, including a table of at least 15 by herself. Pretty sure they were making do with what they had. The host and manager brought us our food and drinks but we went without silverware and straws. The food was so-so.
My food was really good, wife's just OK. The wait service was good on ordering and we got our food timely after ordering. Got there after the lunch hour. Very few customers. The staff seemed disjointed and 3 people walked by and said be with you in a minute. As said, my food was really good. My wife's food was just OK due to over grilling of the chicken. Service was good after we were seated. Did not ask if we needed refill on drinks. I had Sprite and my wife had water.
Had a very nice waitress we visited last night but I didn't like how they didn't cut up my kids food nor give me a knife to cut it up... the menu said grilled chicken bites not strips. No bendy straws were avaliable :( definitely not kid friendly bit a decent restaurant! Not how they use to be
We had a great meal last night and will not penalize Red Robin for employing a man who does not pay child support and is a womanizer and user. His first name is Eric, but I will not mention his last name. Nothing but a pot head, steroid using snitch. We love Red Robin but always make sure he is not working when we decide to eat here.
Clean pleasant takeout experience. We got exactly what we ordered. Staff was pleasant. Bathrooms were clean and well stocked. They do offer gluten sensitive options. And the refills on frys is always tempting!
Used to be my favorite spot in the area for a burger now it absolutely awful. Left before I even got my food. Walked in and the place was pretty busy, had a 20 minute wait time. Got me seated in about 35 minutes. Menus were sticky. Sat down and the table was coved in crumbs and some gooey substance. Multiple mashed up fries under my table and on the floor near the table. Walked out before they even got drink orders… couldn’t believe the host sat me there. If the front of house looks like that I can only imagine what the back looks like. Go literally anywhere else in Christiansburg.
