This has to have been one of my worst experiences in a restaurant. I ordered a burger, asked for medium, what I got was rare a d still cold in the middle. Our waitress didn't come around again for a long time and by then we were ready to leave. The manager did take it off the bill, but I left and to get a meal I went to a fast food place. My family liked it, that's why I didn't give it just one star. I won't be going back to eat. My family likes it but I don't.
I went here last week because my friend and I had been craving crab legs for so long and wanted to treat ourselves. We had Allie as our server and we were so lucky to have her. Honestly she was the best server I've ever had and made the whole dining experience perfect. She was so kind and welcoming. I hadn't been to red lobster in about 10 years and the biscuits were better than I remember. They're nice and fluffy. Food came out perfect, would definitely recommend coming here and having Allie as your server!! :)
Restaurant was pretty clean and service was great. I think our servers name was Alexis and we went there for my friends birthday. We get the seafood festival fire two which has sirloins, lobster tails, and skewered shrimp. They had these awesome cheesy breads with garlic and butter merged in them. The girl bussing the takes was fine an awesome job cleaning after people left. The steak was cooked perfect. They gave my friend free dessert which was our in a to go container, which she took home with the leftovers. The three cheese Mac with bacon was awesome. The only downside was the way overpriced bottle of wine, but overall the experience was totally worth it. I haven't been to a red lobster in years, even though my mom worked there when I was a kid. It was a good experience.
We got there before 3 to get the lunch deals. Had to wait at least 15 minutes to be seated. No one was at front the front to seat anyone. Walked over to the dining area and ask a waitress was someone there to seat us. She had a bad attitude. By the time we done that it was 3:15 missed out on the lunch prices. We told out server we had to wait. We didn't get the lunch prices but he knocked off ,20 percent off the bill. Shannon was a great waiter.
Was a bit disappointed. Margaritas had sugar instead of salt. Biscuits came about 2/3 the way thru the meal. No vinegarette dressing. Food was good, but they were late on most everything. Not the servers fault. He did a great job.
Never again gross ? …… I got scallops and popcorn shrimp with potatoes and broccoli with cheese. First of all my order was WRONG. The scallops were so small , I couldn’t believe my eyes and the price for a meal at red lobster you suck out loud .
the waitress was great and food was very good
The experience was different. The food is a hit or miss. They had issues with burned biscuits and the salads have shrunk. The garden salads are iceberg lettuce, tomatoes and a few croutons. The ceasear salad the dressing is on the side and not premixed and tossed. I guess it is a preference thing for me. The meals range from a modest $10.00 to a ridiculous $40.00 +. Times are a changing. The wait staff are friendly and helpful.
Our visit wasn't the greatest. We had to ask several times for items we ordered and food entrees we purchased. Seemed like every yime we turned around our waitress would completely forget that we had asked for our entrees and other items we needed. But she catered to the other tables she had. We were a family of 4 and it took us longer to receive what we ordered than it did when we could all finally eat. Waitress definitely needs more training. Other than having to send my steak & shrink back three times to finally get it cooked correctly the entrees we ordered were good once our waitress got everything correct.
Shannon was our waiter. He was awesome! The indoor dining was a welcome relief with all of our favorites back on the menue.
