I placed an order online and found out that I couldn't pick it up until later. I immediately called to postpone the order. I was asked what time, I said 6:50. I was told that they go in 15 more increments and agreed on a 6:45 time. I got a text at 6:23 saying the pizza was done and ready to be picked up, the original time. The pizza was not hot when picked up and the pizza was not even cut, it was a full round, one piece. I called to let them know and was told I needed to bring the pizza back and they would make me another. We had already cut the pizza and prepared to eat because we were hungry. BRING THE PIZZA BACK? AND WAIT ANOTHER 30 MINUTES FOR MY DINNER? Your business can screw up an order so bad and not even offer a discount or something on the next order. Do yourselves a favor and call Dominos.
Called in a carry out order last night. I showed up a bit early and saw 4 guys absolutely going nonstop. They never complained, banging out order after order and did it with speed, quality and pride. Place was clean and organized. Great job, Thank you!
Pizza is always hot and fresh and the people are super nice
They drove past our house twice then gave the order to are neighbors how hard is it to read directions or read the box with the address on it
Order is either always wrong or like tonight it took almost an hour and a half to get here and it was barely even warm. Better off getting dominos from now on.
They really shorted the toppings on my papa dia, and it was so overcooked it was no good.
Tonight makes twice I have ordered in the past 2-3 weeks from them…tonight a simple pepperoni pizza on original crust to be delivered…last time, two pizzas, one of which was supposed to be pepperoni and ham for pick up. The P & H they did as pineapple instead of pepperoni and both of the pizzas were dry with very little sauce. I had always had good experience with them so I called the store to simply let the manager know I was disappointed. I did not take her up on a free pizza. Tonight I ordered online and simply tapped on pepperoni pizza original crust for delivery. Nothing special. The polite driver wanted my money before giving me the pizza so I gave him the cash but told him I wanted to check the pizza before he left because last one was wrong. I open the box and it is a cheese pizza. He looked at ticket and it said cheese pizza. He could not give my money back so I had him wait for me to call store. When I finally got a manager and explained this whole story. He implied I must have put it in wrong. I TAPPED ON PEPPERONI PIZZA! I told him I would accept the cheese pizza because it was late and we were hungry but I wanted my money back this time, reminding him i didn’t take the free pizza last time. He would not refund my money unless I gave the pizza back. He would make me a new one but after all this, I was concerned what he might do to my pizza so I insisted I would just keep this one. He refused. After some back and forth, I finally just gave the young man the pizza and took my money back and told the manager (Noah) how ridiculous this was. It was a cheese pizza! I will never order from them again needless to say!

Its crazy how much I had to pay for a pizza med one. When they had the large on sale the same as my med 4.00 less wasn't told.
