I usually love this panera. The team is always so nice. But their manager is rude and here is why. I had placed a large order at 12:03 and knew that I had to wait an hour for picking it up. After the hour I arrive at the panera and find my order isn't even started or known about. I was told I would have to wait in line to get my order. When I stated it was place over an hour ago they said they would try to get it done quick but it will still take some time. 45 minutes later I recieve my order. The Manger was rude, never offered an apology or any compensation. And when I informed them they forgot an item I got nothing but attitude and sass. $136 order and no apology for taking 2 hours. I don't think I will be returning for a while.
We just went through the drive thru and a young lady named Hannah was so sweet and friendly!! Panera needs more smiling faces like hers. :)
I really love Panera but this particular branch is very disappointing. Cleanliness is zero here. The store is sticky. My toddler wanted to use the restroom but it was sticking so badly and floors were way stickier she refused to go in! Please keep the restaurant clean!!!
I frequent this Panera! They’ve had some issues with staffing that have caused them to have some inconsistent hours but when they’re open they’re great.Good coffee, good food, good people. My orders are usually accurate and timely. The very few times there has been a hiccup my order was replaced and I was compensated. This is a great location for studying, lunch, etc!
Just came through and ordered 2x Mac and cheese, a broccoli cheddar soup, broccoli cheddar soup bowl and 3 drinks. The drinks were the only thing correct. We got an extra baguette, an extra tomato soup, no Mac and cheese, the wrong sandwich, and it was cold. Usually never have service like this here. Stop hiring 10 year olds.
Lobby isn't open but that's probably a blessing in disguise because every time I've been inside this Panera it's been so filthy I didn't want to eat there. My first time ever to a Panera was this one (probably almost 10 years ago) and I got a grilled cheese sandwich that still had the plastic wrap on the cheese. This particular location is the reason I avoid other Panera breads even though every other one I've been to I had a pleasant experience
Good restaurant. Pricing is okay. BBQ chicken sandwich didn't have enough BBQ sauce but it still tasted good.
Always so nice and quick. I ordered online today and DoorDash forgot my soup. I called Panera, during their lunch hour, and they were so nice on the phone saying door dash would be about 30 minutes. They apologized for the amount of time it would take. Evidently, they were on the phone with DoorDash for a while with no luck, so the manager delivered it himself, apologized and even gave us cookies. We were all so impressed the kids said we really need to leave a good review. I totally agree! Thanks Panera, Christiansburg!!
Food is ok, customer service terrible.They forget the pick up order on the counter for 20 min, employees (managers included) walk in front of you without making eye contact or asking if you need anything. I eat there often because my job is nearby, and it is a very common and usual thing
Egg white, spinach, cheese on croissant.Pumpkin Muffin.Ordered in person bc when Attempted ordering online the sandwich was not available with croissant.I received the muffin immediately and the sandwich about three minutes later.The muffin was delicious yet light inside with a crisp top.Croissant was perfectly flaky and light.Egg, spinach and cheese were tasty.Service was fast.Staff polite, efficient and accommodating when I requested a different bread.Clean environment.4/5 Because Croissant is not listed as possible selection for Bread option/choice on Mobile app.
