So, I ordered online for pickup. I get there 5 minutes after my scheduled time. Lo and behold, not a single customer is in the drive-thru, but I can't pick up an online order there! I head inside.Lo and behold not a single customer, again! Then I have to wait 5 MORE minutes to get my order (remember, I was late)! This place deserves no customers.You folks ever heard of COVID? And I need to come in for a pickup? What's the point? I may as well have waited in the drive-thru! Now I understand why Sakura (one block away) had 10 cars in the drive-thru when I went passed it and your restaurant had noone! Trust me, dear reader, go there instead!
Everything was great. Hit the spot and food was hot and tasty
Stopped in for dinner. Fast, friendly service. The food was great. Very reasonable prices. The location was clean, very tidy. Will return.
truly the sweetest staff ever. <3 gave me some of the special turning red stickers to give to me and my relatives! i haven’t been able to get them anywhere else. the food was delicious, hot, & fresh. the meet the employees blurbs on the tv are also very nice to recognize such a good staff with.
After I ordered my food, I asked if they knew anything about the Smartbus and the schedule because I thought my car was malfunctioning and I was stranded in town. Elijah went out of his way to help me find the bus schedule and the closest stop. I fortunately did make it back to Roanoke with my car, but I still wanted to point out how appreciative I am and how awesome your employee is.
They had the entrees we wanted, nice and hot. The employees were friendly and helpful. It wasn't too crowded.
The food is good but the service...not so much! Everytime I go there they get my order wrong and I have to go back thru the drive thru a 2nd time.
Nice quick varied options for Chinese food. They switch out 1 to 2 options periodically so they give more options to try.
Great place, went with my Son's for his birthday. The food was good, my only complaint was it was cold but look at the time of year.
