Italian Salad Soup

Only go there because of a family member with dementia who thinks it’s the only place that has Italian. Wife and I dread going there with several much more desirable Italian places in our area. They haven’t changed their menu in 3 years and although the servers are always very nice the food stinks. We often just settle for soup and salad because we’re really not there to eat ourselves. But can’t ignore how even the soup might be a hearty bowl on the first round it’s always mostly broth if you get a 2nd bowl lol

Went with my family (6 people total) for dinner and it was awesome! The food was good as always but what really stood out to me was the service. Food came out incredibly fast and our server, Madi, was PHENOMENAL. Some of the best service I've had at a restaurant so I thank you Madi!

The food was good, when we finally got it ! All that we ordered was soup and salad. The waitress was soooo slow, Paola or something like that was her name ! It was a really long time after we got our food that she came to check on us, our drinks were empty, our bread and soups was empty! She ask if we wanted more soup we said yes, as she started to walk away, my husband had to stop her to ask for more drinks! She came back said they have to make more soup, well it was 15 minutes later ! If I ever go back, I promise she will not wait on me again, although business was slow,as you look around you seen the two hostess on there phones, you could also see toward the back close to the kitchen and seen several of them on their phones , that may be why the toilets were so nasty !

We ordered Spaghetti and meatballs, and Lasagna Service was good, they keep the restaurant entirely too cold to the point of being uncomfortable. The service was fine but honestly the food was just meh ok. Definitely not on my list to return to. I think it's bad when you ask your server about how cold it is and she tells you that everyone complains about it. Management should do something about that.

Had a Wonderful time celebrating my Daughter 's Birthday!!! Service was Great!!! Server was Excellent!!!??♥️??

Poor service and was charged for item that was not ordered. We live 45 minutes away from OG and didn't see the bill until we got home. But we will be back, it is one of the few places we enjoy visiting.

Less than ideal. Stuffed ravioli ? More like microwaved slightly warm ravioli with nothing inside that has absolutely no taste. The cheese that was slipped on top of it didn’t help either. The breadsticks left something to be desired. They tasted old and just generally off, not at all like the Olive Garden breadsticks we all know and love. My soup wasn’t that great either, it tasted more like a Campbells chicken noodle soup with like one or two gnocchi thrown in there, nothing more. Overall? Would not return and would not recommend. Only positive thing? Our waitress who was kind and attentive. Other than that ? An absolutely awful visit and a waste of money.

Great place! Love their endless salad! Favorite pasta is the simple Fettuccine Alfredo.Staff is super friendly. Had a waitress named Danielle last night that went way above and beyond!! So sweet and entertaining!

BE CAREFUL WITH ALLERGIES AND SPECIAL REQUESTS! I have been eating a gluten-free and dairy-free diet for almost three years. Despite that it was a choice that I made for my health, I have developed an intolerance to these foods and eating them can cause me to experience stomach pains, nausea, and other symptoms. However, I do not technically have an allergy such as Celiac Disease or Lactose Intolerance. Upon ordering at the Christiansburg, Virginia location, I asked the waiter for a dish of GLUTEN FREE PASTA with their meat sauce. He proceeded to ask me whether it was "preference or allergy". I answered honestly because it is a preference and I do not require the level of safety when it comes to cross-contamination as someone with an allergy. I was very careful to avoid all of the fried appetizers and only eat the salad without the croutons. I was given REGULAR PASTA. I wasn't able to tell immediately, but even before the meal was over, I was in agony and experiencing extreme bloating and other symptoms. As stated earlier, I have been gluten-free for almost three years and I have never had this kind of reaction to a gluten-free pasta product in a restaurant nor otherwise. It is extremely disappointing to think that I was given regular pasta because I don't have a deathly allergy. This was my first experience at an Olive Garden and the Christiansburg, Virginia location has ensured that I will never return to one again.

I got the lunch size chicken parmesan which I think was the dinner size for 9.99. The wifey got stuffed shells. Really good and service was quick. It's Olive Garden so you know what to expect.
