I showed up during lunch rush and ended up having a problem with my mobile order. I went inside for assistance and they were awesome. The drive-thru was slammed and it looked like there were only a few people working in there. But I had someone address my situation, get my food, and get me on my way. It was awesome, they remained pleasant and focused and kept their composure. I'm sure they hear lots of negative things because in general people just kind of stink, so I wanted to make sure that they got some positive feedback. I appreciate them. Great job!
Food was good. Iced coffee was way too strong and needed a little more sweetner. Apples in kids meal was already outdated and spoiled. Need to keep eye out for outdated dates on the kids meals.
Always on top of their game. Fast service when ordering through the app for curbside pickup. Also great floor staff. Came over to my table to give me extra napkins and sauce while I was dining in.
It's pretty good, except when they don't give you straws or napkins and so forth but other than that they have never given me a problem with being rude.
Had lunch there on Monday.. A lot of people were in the drive-thru but only a few inside. I had my choice of seating and had a peaceful lunch. My only complaint was that there were so many in the drive-thru that my lunch was a little bit slow coming but all in all I enjoyed my lunch there.
Cashier told me a different price than what the actual charge was, I gave me back six dollars less than the change I was due so pretty much typical McDonald’s things; pretty much get what you pay for going here.
I visit this McDonald's FREQUENTLY for coffee as I work. This location has friendly, efficient staff; and no matter what kind of coffee I get - it's always good. I appreciate their quality and professionalism.
I went in and it took a little longer to get my order, and the manager Chelsea ended up refunding my order and giving me fresh French fries. I eat here all the time and it was refreshing to get such get service at a fast food restaurant.
Seems the only thing they do right here is get things wrong. Every single time order is not right and simple orders...2 plain cheeseburgers and a sweet tea...simple right ? Guess not for them.. Oh and we will change those burgers out but here's the same fries from 5 minutes ago been sitting there the whole time we remade your order...what a horrible choice for food...my fault though I keep giving it another try every couple months just hoping something changes there.. And yeah I'll try again in a few months see if it's a decent place to get a quick bite while working but after a couple years of messed up orders not holding out much hope here..One positive very short line but one look at the reviews for this place and you will see why
Their biscuit chicken sandwich is always nice to get on the road. Staff is always nice and is wonderful. However I write this while having gotten food poisoning from filet of fish (Also I asked for added ketchup but they only gave me ketchup and no tartar).it’s screwed me up all night.
