This food is on the lower end compared to other Little Caesar's franchises. The "extra most bestest" is the worst pizza I've had in a while. From our order pictured below, the cheese was not well-melted, the pizza is poorly cut, and it had an unpleasant after taste. The crazy bread was extremely soggy and tasted flavorless despite the added marinara sauce. In combination, I felt extremely sick in the stomach and had an urge to throw up after eating this meal. I went to Cold Stone creamery to quench the terrible aftertaste : )(Still, the staff at this location have good customer service and get the job done)
My experience was awful. I made my order on line. After arriving at the pickup time I was made to wait 30 minutes for my order. When I got home the pizza's looked like the were thrown in the box. The pizza's were stuck to the box and looked like a 3 year old cut them into weird shapes. Not even pizza slices. Needless to say I will not be going back to the one on N Franklin Street.
I mean, it's Little Caesars. I feel like you already know what you're getting. It's trash pizza, but it's cheap and my kids love it. This location was nice and clean.
It was nothing like how it was ordered. It was so soggy when we asked for well cooked and it looked as if they didn't care how the pizza was done. It was so upsetting. There's no way to complain since no one answers the phone there and it's just terrible.
Used to be good but recently been horrible. Very little to no sauce on pizza, claims they can’t leave toppings off some pizzas, charges for removing toppings on other pizzas. Food sometimes overcooked or undercooked.
Call 9 times b4 I gave up. Had a really large order over $300 but they never answered the phone so I'll be taking my money eles where. Depending on the shift if the phones are answered so sad and I know it's not because they are busy or short staffed because I'm sitting in there parking lot watching them goof off ....management really needs to supervise thair employees.....by the way I love their pizza is why I'm so upset ?
Made an online order for pickup at 3:00. I got to the store and no one was inside, waited for 15 minutes and still no one. I could see the employees through the back door and decided to just walk over there to get their attention. They were all passing around a crack pipe or bowl and hadn't started on my order yet. When they came back inside, they didn't wash their hands, and didn't where gloves while making my order. Pretty embarrassing and disgusting experience. Drug test all of your employees, fire them, and get some high school kids in here. Atleast they won't be tweaking and have some sort of sanitary knowledge.
During the ever evolving pandemic, they have had many challenges rather it's staff shortages or product shortage. Which at no fault of their own doesn't fall on the staff! As an individual who's worked in the food industry I'm aware of the difficulties that surround food industry jobs. These employees deserve a 5, they ensure to the best of their ability to provide good customer service, along with a hot, accurate order!! Our most recent visit we waited over an hour for our food.Sure, a rather long wait, however our food was hot, accurate and tasted great! To the employees, keep up the good work!My family and I appreciate ya'll doing your job, during this crazy time.Thank you!!
The pizza was half cooked it was doughy, raw, and the thin crust was overcooked and hard just had 2 people working, try calling no answer, they were supposed to close at 930, when I was leaving the store, they turned off light ,open sign, and it was just around 8pm, very disappointing, location in Christiansburg..
Nice staff, good customer service. Pizza was hot and ready
