Absolutely terrible! Sat in the drive thru for a good 25 minutes, got to the speaker and no-one EVER made contact after. I even called out 3 times with no response. After waiting 10 minutes I assumed the speaker wasn't working so I pulled forward and was told I would have to circle around to sit in line AGAIN because they couldn't take my order at the window! Absolutely ridiculous!
So 2 days after a Thunderstorm and Drive thru still unable to provide service (registers wouldn't come up) even tho apparently the fryers were still operable as a couple of the other 6 or 7 drive thru customers who had waited close to 15 mins at this point lined up started talking about why the wait. "They are cooking it but can't sell it" one of the other would be customers said. The lady at the drive thru speaker was really nice said they wasn't sure when would come back up and that they weren't a corporate store so they didn't have to notify corporate about the outage. I Feel bad for the Franchisee however because this store lost out on profits from the following Friday dinner rush through the following Saturday lunch rush. Hopefully the Franchisee can upgrade the software in the store to make the registers more efficient in those type of situations.
Food was left out all 3 combo's it inlt had the chicken in the boxes and the Chicken was so hard it was very difcult to eat. I live over 35 mins aways so I wasnt going back.
Terrible service. Placed an order over the phone and I was told the meal was going to be ready in 15. I get there and go inside and I was ignored like a disease. Managed to get the attention of one of the attendants only to be told to go join the line in drive through to pick up my order (which was ready by the way). I oblige and joined the line for drive through and I was in line for about 15 minutes. I decide to call again and the lady drops the call on me. I am done with y'all and your horrible service.
Woman in the drive Thru was rude and said she can hear me and there was only 3 of them in the store in the rudest voice. Barley 3 cars in or around the store. Wouldn't go back to this place.
Service at this location is simply horrible. They are always mess up our order and out of things. The manager is rude too!!
Food was as expected, but they forgot my daughter's popcorn chicken and we live over 30 mins away so it was a loss for us I wasn't driving 35 plus mins for popcorn chicken. Please do better next time KFC
Their Chicken Sandwich was very good. Even though they had several cars in line it didn't take long.
Left some items out of my order so one family didn't get they're food. They were very busy and the wait was not long. You can't go in to order but you can go through the drive thru pick up your food and take it inside to eat....thought that was interesting.
Food is solid most of the time and staff are friendly but more than once they've failed to notice people waiting to order in drive thru and they tend to run out of certain items well before close. In addition to the chicken, fries are among the best though, and the Mountain Dew peach exclusive flavor is delicious.
