I have never had an employee of any store speak to me the way this girl did. Explains why they are slow with folks that are that disrespectful to customers. This will go down as the nastiest attitude I've had thrown my way simply because I didn't know the sandwiches by number but rather by name. Go elsewhere if you care about service.
I miss this place, it's a shame what has happened over the years to management as it has not only had the negative effect of creating a hostile working environment, but also on the overall experience of customers. Perhaps I never noticed until recently of how bad things were. I don't think I'm alone when I say that you can feel how uncomfortable the cashiers and sandwich workers are on a regular basis. The store overall has a very bad vibe. The last time I came in here one of the older male managers was leering (rather suggestively) at the younger female cashier while she was trying to do her job and take my order. Even as a male, I felt uncomfortable just bearing witness to it. And that's only one example. Personally, I would rather eat 64 slices of American cheese in my kitchen, in my underwear until I go blind than entertain the slight possibility of some sleazy manager touching any of my food.

While my traditional sandwich was good — Jimmu John’s franchise touts they have gluten free sub rolls and after we went out of our way to visit this store they did NOT have the promised product. Very disappointing:(
