I love their subs! Ordering online for pickup is a breeze using the app. The staff is polite and prompt. I recognized the manager (perhaps the franchise owner, sorry if I've misidentified) from the Christiansburg location, so I'm sure the place is very well run. It's so nice to have a location closer to my home!
This was my first visit to this location. The store was exceptionally clean, and service was prompt. I ordered a #13 The Original Italian, which is a sandwich with provolone, ham, prosciuttini, cappacuolo, salami and pepperoni. Italian subs are my favorite, and this one was Ok overall. The flavor was "ham heavy", would had been better with more salami and pepperoni. The sub itself was the regular size, which seemed to be approximately 6", and with tax was about $10. Maybe the portions were off, but seemed small for $10, so there are better values in the area, more bang for your buck. I may try a hot sandwich next time and see if the portions are better.
Love the subs here. I always get the giant and a brownie. I tell everyone to go there that I know when they want a sub!!! Get it Mike's way!!! Wooooo
I visited the new location at Christiansburg market place. The food is ALWAYS prepared fresh. The staff cares about the customers and interacts with them with a friendly greet. Price is a little higher, but I'm willing to pay it for a quality, freshly prepared sub. I would highly recommend Jersey Mike's when one is craving a sub. I eat there quite frequently.
Ordered a their philly cheese steak and got home and trying to eat it and it was chicken instead of steak. I called them about it and they took my name and said they would take care of it but when my husband went Saturday they couldn't do it because their grill was not working. I think we will stay with Macados.
My FAVORITE sub place in town. Food is EXCEPTIONAL. The service is great from starting to finish. Very clean store. Recommend to all.
Nice, clean restaurant with pleasant staff. Would love to return, the subs were delicious.Not sure it fits my price range for a lunch for two people. It was $20 for two 7 inch subs and one drink. For me that is a bit on the expensive side so that will limit my experiences.
UPDATE: the manager kindly reached out to me and made everything right. He went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my order. He was very courteous. My second experience was worth another try! Thank you so much!My first experience, and I placed an order online to be picked up curbside. I arrived on time and immediately hit the "I'm here " button. I even left a$2.00 tip on the app. I waited for 20 minutes and no one came. I then went inside and let them know that I had a curbside and I had waited 20 minutes. There were 4 people working behind the counter. Apparently, they forgot about my order. I will not be going back. My first and last experience.
Friendly service at this newly-opened store - had to carefully monitor the sandwich assembly, as elements were left out or confused. Not likely to be a problem, however, as staff grow with experience. My wife and I love these sandwiches, and the store is conveniently located, so we're sure to continue to support this store and enjoy subs made "Mike's Way."
My husband and I ate here today. The staff was very welcoming and friendly! I ordered the chicken bacon ranch sub and my husband ordered turkey and bacon mikes way. The subs were amazing. Definitely better than subway and wich-wich in a lot of ways. Bread is on my top favorites along with how the chicken was sliced for my sub. Overall, so delicious!
