We went on Mother's Day around noon. They only had 2 servers that had shown up for work that day. We had to wait about 45 minutes to be seated but it was worth it. Our server was on point. She was running about but was there checking on us often and our coffee cups were never empty. The meal was as great as the service. I will definitely go back.
We walked in and sat in the waiting area for about ten minutes before the waiter told us that we'd have to wait 45 minutes before he could serve us. Considering that the restaurant looked pretty empty, it seemed that we weren't served partly because the IHOP was understaffed and partly because the waiter is an extremely lazy person.
I never write reviews but this one deserves one. Horrible service, we waited over an hour for a table and multiple people were taken in front of us. There were over 10 tables open but they wouldn’t seat anyone. The hostess was very rude. We left along with multiple other people to eat somewhere else. Go to a different IHOP.
I really like going to IHOP mostly for breakfast. I feel there prices are very reasonable for what you got. I usually order an omelette which is cooked to perfection and really a very good portion. I have found that the staff is very friendly and very efficient. I plan on going back soon and often.
IHOP was wonderful. We had a large group and they, like many restaurants were short staffed. But our server did a wonderful job. We will definitely go back. Oh yes. The food was really good also.
Food was good and waitress was real nice, the one thing that would keep me from returning to this restaurant is that it was too cold inside to enjoy the meal even with a jacket on.

I really only have one complaint with this place. And that was that they were going to slow getting back to your table like to refill your cups and everything. Other than that customer service was amazing and it was very clean and neat.
My family comes here often and it's always good but our most recent visit, we had a waiter named Sinatra(sorry if that's spelled incorrectly) and that was the absolute best service we've had there as well as many other places.
Have been twice. Once in person and once for curbside pickup, probably wont return.The first time I came in person, I ordered an omelet with broccoli and cheese inside. The server came back to my table three separate times to tell me they were out of certain ingredients and suggested new ones. I eventually settled for a spinach, ham, and cheese omelet. Just after that she came back and told me the broccoli had just come in so I asked if I could get my original order instead. She said yes. 45 minutes later my food arrived and my omelet had bacon and spinach in it. I returned the omelet and it came back with spinach and ham in it. I was sick of waiting so I ate the spinach and ham omelet but was not impressed. It was a simple order. The server made tons of excuses instead of being apologetic which made the experience even worse. As a former fast food employee I understand being understaffed and overworked but there is no excuse to get an order wrong twice in a row and then act like I'm in the wrong.I ordered curbside pickup a couple weeks ago for the cranberry vanilla pancakes and breakfast potatoes. I arrived 10 minutes before my pickup time and the order wasn't ready yet, fine. There was one other car waiting next to me so I assumed we'd both get our food at the same time. 40 minutes later a server staggered out the door with a massive bag of food and handed it to me. I knew it wasn't mine so I delivered it to the car next to me and they went on their merry way. The server came back out and very passive aggressively asked me what was wrong. I told her I had gotten the wrong order and had been waiting 45 minutes for mine. She rushed inside and grabbed mine and shoved it through my door. The food was cold when I went to eat it (which told me it had been sitting around a while) and the toppings for the pancakes were very meager.Very disappointed. One of the worst IHOPs I have been to.
