Went through the drive-thru on June 14th around 7:30am. The woman who was working the drive-thru was rude, obnoxious, and disrespectful. She refused to reach to get the card to pay for the food. Refused to reach to give the food and drinks, in fact told me to open my car door in the rain. Some people don't need to be working in customer service and she is definitely one. I work in customer service and you have to be nice even if you are in a bad mood or not. I won't be returning!
Could have been worse, but it wasn't good.Stopped in while on a roadtrip. Ordered 2 $5 Cheeseburger meals and a Kids meal. Both cheeseburgers had either been overcooked or sat under a heatlamp and dried out a bit. Fries were the same, a bit overcooked and not at all salty.They are conveniently located along 81 around other fast food options and a Starbucks.
The women's bathroom was out of TP so I went to the men's room and it looked like a crime scene. There was a pair of sweat pants tossed in the corner of the room, random plastic tubes all over the floor I couldn't identify, and a Hardee's hat tucked into the arm assist. I wish I had taken a picture.The two men who were working seemed to be the only ones working so take pity on them.
Worst fast food restaurant nearby. Always messes up the order and is understaffed. *EDIT: I understand everybody is understaffed but this establishment in particular needed help bad when I first posted this review a year ago. Like how did they even manage a restaurant with how many people worked there.
Food tasted burnt, cook on the meat was good, but it was fried in old oil so had smelled and tasted bad. Kids refused to eat it, since we paid for it, us parent unit endured through it. Also, they were out of many things we ordered. The server was friendly, hence the 2 star.
DINNING ROOM IS CLOSED! No signs in the windows, just locked doors and broken breakfast dreams. At least McDonald’s is open.

Cook is delicious, but they always get the meal size wrong. Not the friendliest staff.
CHEXK HOURS before you go, not leaving a bad rating because they write signs on the drive thru speaker that says “different hours” 7am-7pm short handed or covid which ever it’s fine just keep your hours consistent.
Ordered a burger and fries and both were cold. It’s really sad to think that people think it’s okay to serve food this way
