Whoever did drive thru and the window for me just now was rude as hell. Told me a number, I said I was an online order and I was going to check if it was mine and she was like “you could’ve just told me that.” Then I said I was sorry and she didn’t respond except by handing my food to me. Also, the Mac n cheese was horrible.

This Hardees is the worst. Unless you're ordering during the lunchtime rush, plan on getting cold and stale food. Oh, and they'll probably screw up the order too for good measure. Just ordered two bacon cheese thickburgers around 5:30pm. Got home and: no bacon, plus cold dried out everything. Seriously, the meat was desiccated, the cheese was going hard and translucent at the corners, and the bun was falling apart to the point I'm guessing it was left over from lunch, possibly yesterday. Oh well, I can't be arsed to drive back and complain. Based on other reviews, I doubt it would do any good. I had a similar, though not as bad, experience at this location when last I was there a few months ago, but figured I'd give them the benefit of the doubt. Never again. On the up-side, this is Christiansburg, so there are plenty of alternatives within a few miles.

Nearly everything we ordered was partially incorrect. The line was only 3 cars, but took about 15 minutes, so we weren't willing to wait to have our order fixed. Only place that was open in town on a Sunday morning and was still terrible.

Went this morning and there was a long line in the drive thru. My first two thoughts was this will take awhile and my order probably will be wrong since I have a large order for our whole office. I was wrong about both. Quick service and order was correct.
Not a usual Hardee's visitor, but my kids begged me and I caved. Since I'm allergic to lots of foods and am gluten intolerant, I didn't try any of the food. My youngest kids liked the cheeseburger kids meals. My oldest enjoyed the chicken tender meal, but the tenders were small (the size of a large chicken nugget), the adult fries were the same small size as the kids meals, and they only gave one sauce packet. Not too impressed, but will give them 4 stars for being cheap and since my kids liked the food.
