This place was awful. They had mild salsa and guac ONLY for online orders. So we, right there.. salsa and guac right there... but we werent allowed to have it. Hot peppers i. Everything... beans.. peppers, corn....peppers, salsa.. only spicy available for you...Not only that, but it is dirty. Food spilled everywhere.Tasted more like taco bell than anything they used to be.
Burrito one if that’s what u want to call it lol it was more like a 3 in by 3 in brick someone needs to learn how to fold a burrito. Also ordered sour cream on the other burrito and sauce on the side both were missing. This is what you lose when you go to automated ordering as they are
Just waited over 60 minutes in the drive through pickup lane to get our food. Was really disappointed that the staff didn’t even acknowledge that the wait was weirdly long and barely said anything to us when we finally reached the window. When we opened up our order at home we also found that two of the entrees were made entirely wrong and missing guac (that we paid extra for). Just really disappointed with the service and how whatever went wrong (we assume) was handled and the fact that once in the chipotlane you are trapped until the exit.
This place seems to be ran by children.Pans stacked all over the place, a mess everywhere, low to out of stock items due to laziness, and throwing terrible food (often burnt and old pieces because they’re scrapping out what they can, so they don’t have to cook or prep) at customers because of this laziness. Hours before “closing” time. Acting like they’re out of items because otherwise it’s means more work for them. You’ve got about 6 or more employees running around, but can’t run a line correctly and fresh? They’re even sloppy in their assembling. No one here cares, simple as that. Never been so disappointed at a Chipotle.
This is the best out of the 3 local Chipotle locations. The food is always prepared accurately and quickly with larger portions than the other locations. It's probably less busy with fewer college students in Cburg so that helps. Love the drive thru option as well. Keep up the great work!
Paid $3 for an Izze drink. They have zero izze drinks at the store. No apology. Fine just get me a refund for the drink and I’ll be on my way. I asked for a refund. They say they can’t and to go on website to do it. I get home 5 minutes away and the guacamole is black. I go on the app to try to get refund and their chat bot Pepper tells me unfortunately I am not able to process your requests. The tacos we ordered tasted horrible as well. Ridiculous you can’t get a refund for stuff you paid for and didn’t get!
So....its tasty. The set up of brown or white rice, choice of two beans, choice of chicken, seasoned chicken or beef, and several toppings is pretty basic. Kind of a small step up from Taco Bell. I was startled when the employee stirred up the guacamole and gave me a huge plop of it. Pretty basic but tasty. Neaveau interior tables and chairs - probably Ikea. Enjoy!
Very random hours. Often close inside dining hours early and switch to online ordering only. I’ve literally been kicked out of line when they decided to do this switch abruptly. They often run out of veggies. And, to add insult to injury, they use the gross paper straws. The only thing positive that I can say is that they’ve got a good location, and they’re better than the Blacksburg location.
Made an order to pick up for dinner last week which went through and I was billed for it, but when I got there to pick up they had closed early and told me I could get a refund through the app.A week later nobody is emailing me back about that refund request, the store won’t pick up when I try to call and it just looks like Chipotle stole $15 from me, so I’ll be calling American Express for a refund and they can deal with the credit card company. Avoid this place because they might just take your money and not give you any food.
9/10 times, food was perfect. The 1/10 was still good but not quesidilla wasn't toasted nearly enough and both the meat and cheese were a little on the light side compared to past orders. But, still my go-to, slightly healthier alternative to Taco Bell.
