There were two people in line in front of me at 8:05 pm. After ten minutes I never got waited on, talked to or acknowledged. I never been at a chick fil a where this has ever happened before. Lots of employees were there and not many customers. I’ve never seen a location as dirty or poorly run. Disappointed.
Since moving to area, this location has continued to be a huge disappointment. I’m honestly surprised it shows a 4.5 rating due the issues I’ve experienced and have heard from other customers that are friends that have gone. Cleanliness-the floors are nasty and very slippery from not being cleaned properly.You place an order for pick up and wait an excessive amount of time. People go to counter, order, receive their food prior to your order that you placed 15min ago comes out. Sauces were piled up on top of the fries in the bag instead of neatly in the bag to the side. I’ve been to many locations but this one doesn’t even compare to others. I honestly suggest finding another place to eat.

I love chick-fil-a but this store is the slowest. Unless you go at an obscure time the drive through line seems endless. I picked up an order inside and had to wait 25 minutes. Have not messed my food though.
I was in the area today I was starving so I stop by because I was craving some sweet tea the fries very dry and was pieces of it not whole like it used to be. The chicken sandwich was very dry. There’s no consistency I feel like I was here two days ago the sandwich was way better. I did mobile ordering had to go through the drive through line which took time. I am very disappointed that the quality of their food is like everyone’s now not good.
Cold and soggy fries. ? Flat coke. Lukewarm chicken.
We went through the drive through as customers simply traveling through the area. Honestly, we are spoiled by outstanding customer service that Chick-fil-A usually provides. This review is harsh based on the foundation of expectations we are accustomed to by this franchise. We were drive through service and the line was very slow. I assumed it was due to being under staffed. However, when we finally arrived at the window (it was a short line, maybe only 3 cars), the work galley was full. Your staff was happy and really enjoyed one another. This quick stop off the interstate cost us more than 30 minutes on an already lengthy trip. As, we are not regular customers losing our business will be of little consequence.
Love Chick Fil A! I've never had to spend more than about 10 minutes in their drive through- a huge accomplishment, based on other fast food restaurants. And I have only had 1 instance where I didn't get everything ordered- it was only salad dressing, so that is a win in my book! I go there at LEAST once a week, if not more.
