Was disappointed bc chicken sandwich tasted more like fish. It even had the same texture. Fries were semi warm and not fresh. Had to ask for my change bc attendee forgot to give it to me.
Love me a whopper.. they used to have jalapeno poppers that were so good.. please bring em back Burger King. Parking is tough but drive thru always an option during hours.
Ordering inside a long wait time to order and my for food to be ready. Next time I consider drive thru or ordering thru BK app. Not enough employees to maintain volume of orders.
Ordered Whopper with cheese meal. Too much mayonnaise. First bite, mayonnaise squirted out and the veggies slid out. French fries were pale not brown. Didn't even taste like fries.
every time I come to the Christiansburg Burgerking they do some anti consumer thing that I hate. waiting until after they ring you up to tell you they won't give you back your full change, and even that they won't tell you unless you ask and when you ask your just out of luck and robbed your pocket change. once I came in during the middle of winter and wanted so hoping it would be a warmer place to eat than my car and THEY HAD the AC going so full blast it was painfully colder than it was outside. on top of that the place often looks like a dump, even after they have gone through 3 or 4 renovation. they don't keep anything stocked.
The BK staff were very nice and personable. Food was good too. They were busy and handled it well. I'm from out of state, but would visit this one again.
Staff and employees are very respectful they take care of what you order and make sure that your order is right good job management
Very slow and was not I ordered! Did not want to deal with another 45 minutes in line. I thought drive thru was suppose to only take a few minutes but they must like taking their good old time!

Friendly staff, nice clean that you could tell stayed sanitized and wasn't over crowded either. They were not allowing it. The food was hot fresh and friendly staff even though it was 3 people running the whole store it was very delightful peaceful experience.
