3 items I ask for they did not have.How does a restaurant have no mayo to make chicken pecan salad and out of Coke zero and brisket.A few weeks ago I went through the drive through and they had no roast beef and no large cups. It was early in the day
Dinning room was closed at 10:00 p.m this post is from Friday night about 10:00 pm 5-20- 2022. but there was a sign on the window that said the dining room was open and they was also out of roast beef so I had to settle for something different I was really wanting roast beef because we don't have an Arby's in our little small town in Narrows Virginia!
The past few time eating here have not be good experiences. The fries are alway cold as well as my jalapeño poppers somehow. The drinks are extremely watered down. The roast beef is always good but you cant mess that up. Please do better.
Staff were not Friendly. As I waited 15mins for my cold order, it was unfortunate that I could see where the food was prepared. Food was all over the floor as staff just walked over it, A broom was within sight. The person with the "Keys" to register had no personality either. One tall girl just walked around back confused, should of been sweeping. I'd been embarrassed. Times have really changed. Never again.
It seems like everytime we manage to have enough money to grab a bite to eat here (lets face it eating out is EXPENSIVE!) they are out of roast beef. Now, i ask you, how can Arby's be out of roast beef!?! And, it never fails that something we ordered isnt right. I gave up going back to get the correct food. We live too far away.And yes, i know i should check before i leave to make sure it's right. Why should i have to do that?Anyway, call ahead and make sure they have roast beef, if tgats what you're crabing. So you dont waste your time. And your gas.
Drive through service was very friendly. Prices have increased like most everything else... not sure the food is worth the price.
Today was my first time ever going in there I never been in any Arby’s I was exiting going over there drove 20 minutes to get the new popular meal the spicy sandwich Diablo they didn’t have it so I said let’s try the buffalo sandwich then she said that they have a regular sandwich then I said that’s fine I’ll take the regular buffalo sandwich and a side of mac & cheese and a small Coke I went to the window she was super nice nothing happened I took my food I gave her my card and as I drove off I stopped in a parking lot to eat and I’m opening the bag normally I found the mac & cheese too cold to eat I can’t even taste the flavor you know I open the sandwich the chicken also was cold not sure what happened not sure if it’s just sat there and got cold then they give it to the customer like that or the warming wasn’t on at least but that was my first time and it will be my last because I expected something else but np hope they get better for others :) ❤️
The cheddar beef sandwiches were a ?! They made sure there was plenty of beef on the sandwiches to fill you up. The prices were on point too!
It's still fast food but not burgers if you want something different place was busy but staff was still friendly and the line moved pretty quickly and we didnt have any mistakes with our order
