Best Wendy’s spicy chicken sandwich I have had in years. The filet was hot, juicy, and tender - other Wendy’s I’ve frequented the filet has tendons and is dried out. Or perhaps it has been so long since my last spicy chicken sandwich order that Wendy’s has gone back to their previous chicken supplier. Regardless, this location and this particular sandwich deserved praise
I went here on 4-29-22 to pick up an order for door dash. They had all the doors to the lobby locked so I had no choice but to wait in the line which was very long. It took at least 25 minutes just to get to the window. When we finally got the window there were at least 4 people in the back working and they were confused why I was there even though I had already told them. When the finally realized I was picking up an order the bagged it and gave it to me. By the time I left I had been there almost 45 minutes. Time is money for me.
I be stuck in the drive thru line for 20 min and didn't even order. It's not like there's a long line either, it be a person stuck at the speaker waiting for somebody to take their order.
The drive thru girl was very rude and impatient when I was trying to order. Then when I got to the window she had made a comment when I asked for some sauce “ don’t you wish they would tell you what sauce before they pay” definitely don’t recommend this Wendy’s at all!
I've been there 3 times and each time for some reason my fries are always cold and either very lightly salted or salt less. I'm not spending money to eat fries that taste like cardboard and paste
Attempted to stop at the drive thru tonight. Not sure what the young lady's name was on drive thru speaker but her customer service was absolutely appalling! Tried to rush us thru ordering (mind you we knew exactly what we wanted) but she she kept saying " is that it? " and then just blurted out a total without letting us finish our order or anything. She then went silent when we tried to let her know we weren't finished ordering. She spoke like a very uneducated individual who should not be working customer service.
I don't eat fast food much and can't have much off the list so I get a Potato or/and Grilled Chicken Sandwich. They don't have potatoes most of the time ? but the Asiago chicken sandwich without the ranch is delicious
This particular location is one of the worst. Very poor service in the drive through, they don't listen to you, interrupt you, and yell at you.
Fries are always fresh I love my double stack no pickles.
Our first time here....My husband and I were very impressed with the friendly polite service, the floor was extremely clean. Also the food was made neatly, it was obvious that they take pride in their restaurant!! We will eat there more often.
