The server and the cook were very professional in doing their jobs. I was asked to leave the waffle house on Chester rd just because I wanted to eat my food at the counter. The black girl cooking at the waffle house on Chester rd should be fired she has no business serving the public in anyway shape or form. After I was asked to leave I left and went to the one on iron bridge rd beside the wawa. That's where I was able to actually eat at the counter. The cook and server needs to be praised for the professionalism they showed me and my son. And my burger was awesome. My son liked his food also. Hope something will be done about that cook on Chester rd. Graveyard shift. Thanks
In the morning I feel for waitresses that have to get up and go to work to deal with the moods of customers. However this morning a friend and I stopped in for breakfast. The first thing the waitress said was to start complaining about how tired she was. I ask her hours and she said 7 -2. She lived very close and even said sometimes she sleeps until 6:45. She complained a lot and the service was terrible. Right now I have no interest going back to that particular Waffle House. The staff is a big part of why people keep coming back.
the people who work in this place are very friendly but there is a very strong smell of drainage and it comes from the pipes in the bathroom the bathrooms are very old I think they should work on that, like I said the employees are very friendly
I gave four stars cause the staff is always pretty pleasant and greets you as soon as you walk in which is important when dealing with customers. I left off a star cause I'm tired of getting fried scrambled eggs. If I ask for scramble that's what I should get. Put the eggs in bowl scramble them well then cook. Don't Crack eggs in skillet then stir that's not a scrambled eggs, thats basically a fried egg stirred up it's a big difference. Please educate the cooks about this simple thing that means alot!
Omg the cook they had this night 2/10-2/11 is a horrible cook. He let the pan for the eggs get smoking hot before cooking them now they become greasing and burnt tasting. Hashbrowns was burnt, grill must was dirty or he cooking everything on high

The food was delicious, and the service was amazing! The staff was friendly and funny. This is my new favorite Waffle House!

Restaurant was in middle of being cleaned so was a bit disheveled when I arrived but improved as my meal was being enjoyed. Waitress was fantastic and very friendly. Food was pretty good. Will visit again!
