?⬆️???♀️ Storytime... So, when I left my niece's graduation I was HANGRY, okay? Slid up to @chilis in Chester. They had folks waiting over 15 minutes to be seated. I walked across the way to @patronmxrestaurant and got seated immediately. ✅️ Rico, the bartender, took excellent care of me from chips and salsa to my meal being made right and fast and my strawberry ? margarita was yummy! Checked on me regularly without doing too much. ✅️The people I left at the other place are still inside and I'm about to head home.✅️ I work in Customer Service daily; one thing you don't do is not connect with a customer. ??♀️ I'm quick to leave a place if I get that vibe. The place is very nice and clean. The service was good and friendly. The food had good presentation and mostly flavorful, the tacos al pastor however were not. They were dry and bland, barely any meat, no veggies or cheese or sauce..just tortillas with a few pieces of shredded meat. The carne asada tacos were better. 1 kids meal, 1 quesadilla, 1 tacos al pastor, 1 carne asada tacos, 1 big margarita, 2 sprites about $65.
We waited for over an hour for our food. We told the waitress we would just pay for our drinks and leave, but the manager talked us into staying with the assurance that we would get a discount for our patience. So we stayed. The discount he promised? $3.00 off. Really? Could you spare it? We were disgusted and insulted. We should have left and gone to another restaurant. We would have gotten our food quicker. Won't be going back.
I placed a to go order in person. My food was put in at 1:51pm according to my receipt. I waited and waited and finally the manager asked what I ordered. He went back and found my food at 2:21pm. My food had been ready, but no one let the host know. Once I got home my meal was cold. I called and the manager tried to argue with me instead of listening to me as the client. I eat at this restaurant all the time. I will never spend my money here again. The customer service is horrible!
I have missed this restaurant since I moved away! I had the fajitas, which were excellent. Eating gluten free is ready here, since the tortillas with the meals often are corn. The salsa and white sauce that come with the chips are my favorite, better than from anywhere else.
We were there the day after Christmas. It was terrible. We had to go to bartender for our drink order. Later she took our food order. The cook delivered the food that was absolutely wrong. The manager ignored me and asked me to show him my food choice on the menu because he didn't know what it should contain. They took my food away and never brought any thing else. I watched my date eat his meal. Place was highly recommended. My first time their as I just moved to the area. NEVER AGAIN!
Awesome place! The food was fantastic. Carnitas were legit the best I've ever had. The service was good. The restaurant has a really cool vibe and the Mexican decor is so cool to look at. Absolutely a must if you're in the area!
Fantastic place for Sunday lunch. ...great food great drinks great service .My Waitress had to be told twice to bring something over but no big deal ! Great other than that!!

Great food and atmosphere. Service was quick and both salsa and chips were good. Fajita Quesadilla was cheesy, delicious, and filling. Margarita was refreshing and packed a punch.
