Baristas here are generally very friendly and understanding, often a pleasant experience.

They have a particular way of making you feel like your business is unwanted at this location. Hasn’t been my experience across the board at other Starbucks locations, just this one. Won’t be coming back here. I’ll try to find a more customer friendly coffee shop for when I’m in Chester.

If I wanted to drink caramel, literally I would have done just that. This drink taste so trifling and that’s me being nice lol

Normally good today was slow. Mobile order took 25-30mins. Food became cold waiting in solidarity with my iced drink.

This review is for Chaney. If you’re not Chaney, just keep scrolling.. kidding, read this and take notes.Narrative. It’s 6am, a snow storm is imminent. The Starbucks’s line has 7+ cars in line already.Immediately, I notice the line is slow moving. I am trying to decide if my $8 coffee is worth being 5 minutes late as I sit in park in the drive thru.I won’t say how long I waited, but I can see through the window that there is maybe 3 people working, possibly 4, but there’s several customers inside as well.Chaney comes over the speaker- an unusually friendly voice that I’m not used to at this store, and upbeat energy and let’s me know it will be just a moment.Chaney sounds like a total vibe so far.Chaney comes back on the speaker box, clearly unbothered by the amount of people flooding through Starbz at the crack of dawn, & takes my order. In an effort to allow fellow coworkers to catch up- she makes light casual conversation and her upbeat energy is contagious and fun. Chaney turned my day around with positive energy flowing from a simple attempt to do her job well and make the best of a possible staff shortage with more 6am customers than I have ever seen at that exact minute in months.As a manager myself. employers beg for employees like Chaney, who show up for work with a great attitude in hard times and always leave the consumer with a positive experience regardless of any surrounding issues or personal life trials.Chaney is exceptional. More people should be like Chaney. & Chaney’s energy has inspired the morning huddle with my own staff.

RUDE employees. I ordered a dark roast coffee, she gave me a medium roast, IMO. I kindly asked again for a dark roast, she replied rudely "that's all we have". Excuse me? It's 6:30am, and I know that she could make a dark roast for customers if they don't have any available, instead she said NO. And other employees rolled their eyes at me and asked her loudly "What's she said?"Starbucks need to retraining these employees. It's bad that they treated customer like that.

I just want to share that we were among the final customers of the night and the staff was still attentive and speedy with our orders. But what really struck me was overhearing the manager speaking to the staff. they were super encouraging and really showed their workers appreciation and love. it was a very uplifting thing to hear and it made my night.

Stopped by on a long drive home and we really appreciated they were still open. Place was clean, well stocked, staff was friendly, and they made my husband's regular drink better than we've ever seen it made. Thank you, ladies!

Where are the Java chips???I've had to find a new drink because all the local Starbucks are out of Java chips.Customer service is pretty good, could use some improvements to drink details.
