I have decided to give up on Pizza Hut. The customer service is horrible. You order curbside and still gotta go in and get your order. Pizza was cold,dry and nasty. Don’t go here.

From beginning to end, the process was very easy, on time, I received text messages regarding the order, and the delivery person was very nice and friendly.
Get the order right. No olives on the Supreme. Answer the phone. Update the status. Deliver within the expected time frame. Said 65 to 75 minutes. Actually more like 90 minutes. I was embarrassed in front of my guests.
delivered my pizza to wrong house, didnt apologize and told me to come pick the replacement up
normally have good experience but this order was terrible! It was the bacon, we had double bacon & I had put in the instructions extra crispy we by far had no crispy chucks of bacon, it had fat chunks of the bacon, it was disgusting beings my husbusd nor I like fat on any of our meats. The breadsticks were good.
