They don't deliver in certain chester area or colonial ridge apartments. There website don't let you know so you end up ordering online and they take your money so then they call to say hey we don't deliver there and now you have to wait 3-5 business days just to receive your money back. They need to be more specific in their ordering process before they take out money online
